Bots - No they are two separate but related events. Once shares are admitted it means the money is available to ALGW to complete the deal. I personally think it will happen quickly. IE Regulator approval in principal subject to funds to complete the deal.

Giles I expected the same. Shares to be issued last week 8th March which was then moved to the 15th unexpectedly. I think this is possibly to reduce the time between the issue of shares and deal completion. This is believe would be better for the SP. Interesting to see how this plays out. I think we will see an RNS later.

Gary it could do. Perhaps GS would want to be awake to see the reaction. Getting this deal completed would be massive for this company. Personally any big news should be 7am RNS for people to digest without getting messed about during market hours

And surely the govt need to decide exactly what LFT we are making before publicising contract details.....if that is possibly undecided then we will have to wait until they are ready.

Tweets are a false economy the Market needs to know which LFT we will make, how long that will take to achieve (TT etc), what volumes, what price and margins. We would also like to know if any stockpiling has happened or is dependent on point one.

Gatoula I have just got an email from Primary Bid confirming I got 100% of the shares I asked for. Not sure of others feedback? I appreciate the limited time window and issues with the app caused some strife for some.

I would like Peter to clarify how he can dump shares on the Market and only a few days later do a raise. That is not in the spirit of things and he must of known about the raise before he sold his shares for the simple fact he confirmed on the video that the 100m credit facility takes time to organise. Again we were slightly mislead on that point.

The 18,670 trade at 8:05 is a buy not a sell. I'm looking forward to the next batch of drilling results which should be soon.

Additionally the faster we get onto the Nasdaq the higher the SP will go, the less likely we get taken out on the cheap and it will be simple to raise cash with even less dilution = bingo

Can someone clarify the tech transfer state of play.

I have understood We currently have this in progress for Mologic test but it’s taken months. If Mologic test isn’t chosen does this mean we have to go through TT for the other tests we manufacture? I assume it would but happy to be corrected. Therefore isn’t there a risk you have the manufacturing capability but no way of using it until TT completed. Surely that’s the biggest risk outside a contract win we have right now as the TT process seems to take forever. We need to pump out tests ASAP.

London_balling see link below based on this only one of the current 250 companies has a lower mkt cap than ARB at the time of writing. As there will be other entries to consider I think we will need more but who knows this is just a snapshot as of now.

Just FYI with II you can buy via phone order only. KR1 shows in their list of securities but won't allow online dealing. Just call them. Increase in commission for this however.

I genuinely think todays news takes the outlook of ALGW to a whole new level. Yes it has been frustrating at times with the lack of news or progress over the last year but then out of the blue we have todays big deal. With the RCF still on the table and the pipeline of opportunities i think this will re-rate at some point once the deal has closed and the penny has dropped. Roll on the RCF and up we go again on that.

I was able to buy 270k on the open Fekir perhaps I just got lucky on that as I only saw 4 trades go through it was pretty quiet.

This takes us to the next level. This is massive!
