What is not clear is if phase 1 of the contract has been in play for several weeks like some suggest how can a decision on 'what test to make' have not been made, unless It is conditional on completion of phase 1 production which could be an expensive exercise for everyone if not the chosen test. We need clarity on what test this contract applies to asap. What are peoples thoughts on this aspect? I expect an RNS on Monday am at least clarifying the current position as the 10pm Friday tweet was very unprofessional and only has negative consequences for the fragile SP on Monday open. Personally I would only prefer RNS facts not suggestive tweets by a PR company doing self harming.

Nice one Brighty. From what I have read on the board the current expectation is that the gov chosen test will likely use 1m of the 2m ODX a week capacity. Is the tender for this expected to be part of the 8bn or another tender? What do we see as the source of funds for the remaining 1m a week capacity for ABC or other tests? Govt or elsewhere? and how long do we expect it to take to see orders for this? Personally I want to see confirmed orders for our full capacity asap so ensure full capacity is utilised then they can look at potentially increasing this if demand requires.

Willow I recommend again reading the RNS's to understand what is to come with this business. This is about building AUM which in turn leads to fee revenue and performance gains.

Bamb - I think the 100 mkt cap is easily achievable and would now be much larger given the recent progress. You would only need circa 5m in revenue to get there and lets assume a flat fee of 1% (no performance upside included) this could roughly be 500m AUM. Given we are on 300m now pre RCF contribution which might add another 100m AUM it really shouldn't be difficult to smash way beyond this. The real money will be made away from the BOAGF until it gets much larger and we split that anyway. I think RCF would be an SMA (more fees revenue for us) and not into the fund but we will have to wait and see. I wouldn't sell any for 10p as this is just getting started.

The waiting game continues...Interestingly they said previously permits were in place now there is a change and we have a draft one, there is no mention on whether they have secured a rig yet but previously highlighted this would impact EWT and therefore a critical piece of the puzzle we want to know about and lastly why are they only now doing a logging run that could have been done months ago to provide all the info they need to go into the EWT plan which now only adds to the timeline. Is it me or does it feel like they like doing one big thing in a year. I think this will come good but I don't personally like the drawn out schedule time after time, raise after raise therefore the cash burn continues. I wish they would get on with it. No Cali or Parta news either. Disappointed

I honestly don't think the distribution agreement would have been considered or signed unless BC were convinced they had demand for an automated PCR workflow solution that slots nicely into their PCR testing capabilities in labs all over the place which only expands and improves their service offering to existing and new clients. Every single one of these events below is for BC. The fact Cytiva make the beads and are owned by Danaher who also own BC you really can't rule out a TO given what's unfolding here and it would make sense for all 3 companies. Bought more this am time will tell.

Does anyone happen to know how many Biomek i7's BC have made? I realise the PCR test can be used on other machines as well but i'm trying to get some idea of the possible volume of known compatible kit they have made. Thanks

V7051 go and read the Dec 2019 RNS relating to the RCF it has all the info in there.

The 11th Feb RNS clearly states a $50m figure for the separate managed accounts paragraph and NOT the paragraph before referencing the credit facility. I see these as two separate items. The original Dec 19 RNS was always 100m RCF so lets await for final confirmation before possibly implying it has changed.

V7051 why do you say 50m RCF? This was always 100m and I have yet to see anything to suggest its changed.

its not on the website Pironi it used to be but was removed during the revamp. Worth a scroll through the Company Holding RNS as an indication. The prospectus will show the main holders when that comes out.

I was told he is a UK Tech entrepreneur who sold his business to a UK listed Company. Unclear what industry but I don't believe he is the one you have found as I checked him out before.

Re RCF you only have to look at the bio on the website of Jason Sutherland the NED he does these RCF deals for breakfast I think he is the influence here. Worth noting the website hasn't been updated to state as of Aug 2020 he was actually made CEO of DRB financial solutions and got promoted.
