Thanks Manwell that is helpful. Any idea roughly what % of onshore wells would you expect to flow naturally vs assisted and is this harder to achieve if gas, oil, condensate or a combination of? I assume you need more pressure in the well to get a heavier liquids mud, completion fluids and oil out vs gas so if they are testing oil first they might need some of the options you mention? Hopefully all is going to plan.

Manwell - I hope you're well. Any idea on anticipated timelines for news on the well test assuming perforation has taken place as has been suggested? Ie how long from perforation typically does it take to clean up the well of this size and deviation and know what you have got? I assume first indications we have gas would be heat haze from the enclosed flare stack but how much longer would it be to confirm condensate or Oil or both? I assume condensate would be the preferred outcome in terms of £ here is it is both gas and oil? Thanks

I agree Bots that guy is an idiot with an agenda. He has the balls to talk about averaging down, digging out of holes as though everyone bought in at 8p and was then been swallowed by a crevasse...What nonsense! Worth remembering we are still awaiting news on this £8bn Lateral Flow Tender which closed in April to see who got what. Plenty of dosh to go round to many UK suppliers. Can't be long now until we find out.

Travel Man I wouldn't usually bother wasting my time with your whinging but today I will make an exception as the timing of your guest appearance and your urge to fire off so many messages (18 in the last few days) is questionable. If you are not happy with your investment here assuming you actually have one sell up and leave it's that simple. I can never understand those who waste so many minutes of their lives they will never get back complaining about something they don't believe in it's pathetic. The interims were always going to be a non event which was no surprise the execution of the publication should have been better everyone knows that.
As of Jan this year the AUM has gone from circa 20- 300m. In that time the SP has gone from 1.5p to nearly 8p hardly performance issues! Anyone can see that the Northstar deal was massive for the Company. So many are getting frustrated by the RCF delay and think this company's survival depends on it which it really doesn't! The deal with the RCF Counterparty will get completed and then the mental block on this topic that so many have can be assigned to another deal over the line, more AUM and higher SP section of peoples brains once and for all. So many are focused on that and not the other opportunities that lie ahead which are significant. No one has any patience these days as they are too busy chasing rainbows elsewhere. So much of this stock is in so few hands and that will remain so. Patience will be rewarded GS will deliver.

Manwell, interestingly Stephen also discussed the point we were yesterday about the locations within the formation that they want to target to assess the optimal position for the B2 well.

Out of interest why do you think the B2 well won't happen this year? Surely this wouldn't depend on the A2 EWT so as soon as they have completed the B1 EWT they can crunch the data and get B2 in the diary with several months to organise things. If the B2 well is needed for any monetisation discussions (I'm speculating here) they would want that done asap I would have thought. In the April interview Sachin said they won't need to raise extra £ as there are more options available to them ie partial sale or more of an asset. What are your thoughts?

Manwell I asked amount the perforation length you mentioned as this was what was stated by RBD which I assume would have also been confirmed/ determined by the logs so why such a difference?

So why not perforate the full 118m and give it the best chance to flow?

Thanks Manwell. Good research on the GWC and OWC point you make. Let's hope that remains a non issue here. In your earlier comment are you implying only circa 25m only needs to be perforated? Any benefits of doing more or less in any hydrocarbon zone in terms of output pressures for the flow test? Bramhill definitely seemed to be Bullish on the video Rubey posted and even S&S confident on their recent one as well. I note at the end of the S&S recent video re funding they are expecting to monetise some or all of an asset so I guess that would cover any additional well costs not already paid for at West Newton. That reduces a risk for shareholders in the meantime. Finally after a long wait we are at the business end of things.

Thanks Manwell. On the second well test at the A site could they keep the EWT going to create a revenue stream straight away? I have seen other companies do this for many months. Meanwhile they could prepare any horizontal Well at the B site. Lots riding on these tests though. Thanks again for your views.

Manwell02 - you have posted a lot of useful info and opinion previously so thank you for that it has been very informative. I believe you have experience in this field so I hope you don't mind me directing this at you but open to anyone.

Please can you lay out what we can expect from this EWT process, the steps, timelines (across both sites), expected news flow to the market and positive and negative aspects to be aware of. Currently I believe it isn't clear what we have, Oil, Gas or Condensate and what the best outcome would be here (I assume the latter as you can extract both oil and gas at the same time) and what implications that would have going forward for additional work or sale. In a recent interview with S&S they talk about needing another well later in the year which would be a horizontal one which increases the flow rates significantly. This all takes time and money and progress on most RBD events seem to take forever. There is a risk that on this EWT test the flow rates aren't aligned to peoples expectations so it would be good to assess what rates we should be expecting on good or bad flows. Would we expect that possible additional horizontal well to be drilled before any sale etc? Surely it would be possible to drill and then test a well shortly after and not mess about?

My personal experience following various Company EWT's is mixed so would prefer to hear the views from any experts on this topic and specific to what Rathlin are about to undertake.

Greenfish worth a listen to the John Meyer interview on Vo* he covers the Rio Smelter test briefly. He implied this is still to do. I have bought more at these levels as the resource hasn't changed.

Raaydaar - In one of the placings (500k I think Aug/Sept last year) some of the Pello Employees took part as this was disclosed at the time. I believe this was for their own account not for Pello. With the recent rise and the delay to the RCF/ Investment news there is plenty of profit for people to take to the next winner if they so choose so it might be unrelated to Pello. Additionally like you said the admission date of the new shares at the end of May was particularly vague and I noticed this as well.

Easy this is what they state 'In February, we inked a contract to supply UK Government with 2m rapid Lateral Flow Tests a week'. I'm not hungover its in black and white.

Doesn't this new tweet now imply 2m a week capacity is for govt contracts? ie our full capacity?
