Closure of the Proceeding

(1) When the presentation of the case by the parties is completed, the proceeding shall be declared closed.

(2) Exceptionally, the Tribunal may, before the award has been rendered, reopen the proceeding on the ground that new evidence is forthcoming of such a nature as to constitute a decisive factor, or that there is a vital need for clarification on certain specific points.

Don't think anyone would want to buy this out. This doesn't offer anything if the new PMO boots this into the long grass. Currently at MCAP of £37M, seems some hope is built into the price for OM already too.

PMO was a disaster, it was obvious they didn't have the money and the market reacted right away.

Boot - They were talking about "Income Tax". NI also goes up the more you earn and council tax is more if you have a bigger house. So those that get a fairly decent job do end up paying much more in comparison.

ross - Agreed. It just wont happen imho. Oil is depressed in price and has been for some time. With huge left wing pressure to stop the industry asap. Will be difficult for them to pay the top line. I am thinking £20Mill for RKH tops. Would still be useful though.

The new PMO is the key for me, although for the next year or so I think they will try and get the North Sea sorted.

I will glad if this can get over the line and start production. Think it will be a while (if at all) BOR will be taken on, south FI is much deeper water.

That data is incomplete, squid is the largest part of the total fishing that goes to other places not mentioned aswel . The fishing in total is 40% of the income, so it seems alot doesn't in fact go to the EU, although they don't elaborate on it, oddly.

I still don't see why this would add any further impetus that they aren't already doing. Its been 10 years now, they must just as frustrated as all long term holders . Maybe it will force a tax cut, i hope so, but we were led to believe this has been on the table for sometime

They wont do much in FI ! Only go to see whales, doubt it generates much cash for FI

Dont think many have ever toured to FI. They may get better prices for their fish? All FIG can do is to lower the tax and extend the licence, hopefully there is more pressure to do both now.

All they are creating with not investing in new oil discovery is a future price spike to ~$200 a barrel. Its a strange time where looking good by dropping Oil is more important than what people will actually consume. Oil use will drop when Elec cars get better and cheaper and spread around the world, the market will take of itself. Its simple supply and demand, no use stopping making something that will have a certain demand

Ovets, I haven't messed up anything. My RKH holding isn't very much. I have a problem with £500 million being spent and nothing to show for it and people such as yourselves complaining when we tell the history which is 10 years of failure.

You used to be one of the biggest rampers and aggressively led attacks on any negative posters, you were initially very paly with Nigoil. To be fair it seems you saw the light and turned on him somewhat. We so called derampers were correct.

The hold up on SL is money, plain and simple. No amount of jobs posted with so called links to SL or FI matter or what FIG say about oil (unless its a tax cut or licence cancel).

OM and this new set up for PMO are the only hope of a decent rise here.
