Henry - Possibly the project is too big for HBR, pretty often its 4,5,6 companies bringing a field online. Image if for $500 million and if SL was in an area with infrastructure, with pipe lines to the shore for refining etc, they would have already pressed go I think. So, the size of the project surely does matter !

Little greedy rat is double the average and could be more going back on 11 years of failure !
