PMO bit off more than they could chew and its taken 10 years for them to write this off, they didn't have the money to press go and couldn't recoup the money already spent. I would suspect a 3rd player will come in, that could also be a bargain for them. One thing we could do with is the skills and experience to bring this online if they can press go in the next couple of years.
