Being over regulated for the environment is not attractive for investment though. Falklanders should be more concerned with growing and quickly, rather than being worried about penguins . They need to become strong and more self sufficient for their defense asap. I would also do everything possible to get the USA to build a submarine base they seemed to want a while back, its a great place for the USA to get some assets into the South Pacific to counter China. FI has an ever growing strategic value for the USA
