I think worse Phil. I think FIG will pull the licence having recognised this bunch of 3 have no money and are just wasting time. They could offer the Licence for free or next to nothing to someone with some £ as long as it was developed. Any technical info will belong to FIG etc, they would pass it on to the new suitor. If I were a company with £ and had any interest in FI, I would encourage that outcome, why bother spending £ and time with 3 corpses when you could get it for free ?

yep, Godders. Sadly I am thinking of binning my remaining. Wanted to stay to the end, I think in stubbornness. Should have done it at 45p the last time, but thats hind sight trading, the SL production also looked a better prospect at that time.

RKH have been unlucky, several times they had a bomb in Oil Price. I can't see them now recovering from this, but the farmout to PMO was the coffin lid for RKH, farmed out to corpse. So annoying Sam Moody and clingons have £ millions for doing nothing and the bad calls they have made.

FIG should just them, then give the licence away for free if they have to, just get someone willing to do it is the most important

I remember Sam being "Astonished" with the SP drop, but the market was exactly correct ! The farm out is and always was toxic, it was clear as day PMO had no money for SL. I think they binned their CEO after the deal.

If I were FIG I would be looking to not renew the licence and sell it off. Might be the best chance if the 3 "no money, no hope" partners are kicked into the long grass and clean slate.

Anadarko - If the rumors are true, I think they offered a complete buy out for ~£1 billion, may have been $. But the market cap wasn't far off that at the time. I also think Moody wanted to head a producing company to become as oil baron. We will never know I guess.

Why would anyone want to take out RKH when they can just approach FIG and get it all cheap as chips along as they have the cash ready? I think FIG would be relieved to a get cash rich partner rather than the 3 skint ones that are currently involved.

This is XEL part 2. The BS to investors has been pretty much the same, "on the cusp" etc etc, "money coming" etc etc. 10 years this bunch of time wasters have been playing the same tune.

Licence running out as we speak, PMO will want to ditch this pretty soon with Oil at $40 I think personally. I really would write off this mill stone if I were PMO. Someone with money will get this at a token value of a $1 if they wait a bit longer and approach FIG with the money on the table ready to go. FIG, I'm sure couldnt boot this lot quick enough

Sam Moody will still be rich though, what a job he has pulled off !
