How do you differentiate a businesses tax if it has both, also customer orders on online picks up in store, dorsnt fit returns it to store swaps it for a larger size , diff garment etc etc , for mixed retail/etail going to be tricky.

Splice no 1000000% not, however its not about BH/PLT anymore, this is why these flea's (btw from what i've seen they aren't fleas, at worst insects attracted to light during in evening packing but GlamGirl is very dramatic and doesn't let truth get in way of a good story , a House Spider is in fact a Tarantula from a bunch of banana's ) i don't think are a major problem.
They now have a much wider Demo with all the Brands, they can seek revenue where and how they choose to suit it each Brand, BH and PLT are now just part of the money going into a much larger pot, at present they are the major bread winners but we are now seeing major Brands like Burtons/DPs able to bring a lot more to that pot in many different ways.

BH will be selling Wholesale and Market Place of their recent Brand acquisitions to Zalando (overcomes EU issue) , Next, Very, rule nothing out in this trade, all revenue is good revenue for them at mo, just because JL doesn't mention something doesn't mean it won't happen, this is great news revenue's will start coming through sooner rather than later from many angles as it did for BH before they were kicked out. They now have Bandwidth of Brands to be conservative in distribution on some but mass market cross fertilization on others.

I think this is actually a good thing, it's a glancing blow, i imagine it will have put the frighteners on Management and they will now be moving heaven and earth apace to put in structure.
I can just see them now screaming at QA teams, nothing leaves any factory until we are 100000% sure its in good order and when it hits out DC again 1000% tightened AQL to make sure what's landing in peoples laps is not moving or contains any dead bodies.

Well all said and done he at least has the guts to admit it and nothing wrong in selling up, never a right time to sell or buy all about making a profit which is why we are all here, hopefully for good health he will take a sabbatical from here.

The beauty of BH is that its not BH anymore, this company is going to grow, if your day trading or shorting then this is probably great for you but i it will be short lived. This is situation not as uncommon as you might think, doesn't happen all the time but it can be an issue. As i have said time and time again structure is now key for the new BH and for this to get missed in the Warehouse inspection is a worry, AQL (look it up) is an industry default to stop this happening, if you have 10k pieces then the odd thing gets thru but PLT 1000pcs should def be picked up. Unlike retail these goods are sent out in same polybag that they are packed in at fty, in retail obvs staff unpack and hang so if soem thing slip thru then its seen before hanging.
If the press think this has legs (or wings) then they better be damn sure that what they are reporting is true otherwise they will be sued to hell and back.
Long Term we are good, again as i keep saying not sure how long but this snake hopefully not a big one, its the way it is with BH , really should all be used to it by now.

Splice , looked across all media, seems to be on tik tok and instagram mainly, always these infestations are isolated to one or two orders from same fty , goods put in bags in evening, in hot countrys windows are open, its dusk and insects attracted to light get into the individual bags. If its UK production its moves really quickly but this time of year nothing around, so cold everythings bloody dead ! I cannot see this being in many PLT orders and within those orders not every garment, the antis im sure trying to hijack. Not long now hopefully storm in a flea cup, just one of thise BH niggle hold your breath moments we have become accustomed to !!!

Walkabout , totally agree but doesnt.work like that unfortunately. This always happens at packaging stage, firstly if they are from overseas then def will be dead and probably not fleas , if if if there is something in packaging then it more likely to be a dead insect , packaing aleays done at end of day when goods come out of finishing as the lights attract insects. If its a bad fty they let it go, but i havecseen this happen albeit a long time ago. f its picked up in uk which it should be by BH QA in an AQL then environment health invovled and whole lot gets burnt, not common but it does happen. Only caveat if from Leics then cud be fleas and cud be alive. Hopefully all bogus and ambulance chaser but an awful lot of em.

@DW again i hope your right. What im seeing either dead or alive cslled infestation in the trade, this should be picked up at manufacturing source or at UK DC in a AQL inspection. No quarter is taken it extremely serious offence, the whole order is taken an incinerated, ive known 20k pieces torched. If this is a hedge fund fake then they should be prosecuted. If it isnt then it begs again what systems BH have in place because it simply would not get thru an AQL inspection.
