At long last, an admission therein that he was 'caught out'.

Yes, he lost his shirt in Blinkx (now Tremor) 5 years ago when he sold his shares at 50p, that’s around £5 in today’s money, if you leave out merger dilution etc for now. Those were shares that he had previously purchased at prices all the way up to £2.20 (£22.2 today). In those days, he posted about his purchases in Blinkx on the ADVFM board and I posted a dated and timed record of those events here. Back then he was posting that Blinkx shares were going to £3, (c. £30 in today’s money). The truth is, 5 years ago, while claiming to be clever, Mr Canute consolidated heavy losses on his Blinkx (Tremor) investment, from which he has never recovered.
To add pain to his injury, Canute reinvested those lossy proceeds into Totally Plc. Totally’s sp was around 60/70p at that time. However, he had earlier bought into Totally Plc at higher prices than this, around 90p+. Canute said about his investment in Totally Plc. On the 2 Mar '14 - 16:40 - 2231 of 3524 … I've put my money where my mouth is... I've a huge amount invested and all in my ISA...
Seven years later and Totally’s sp is just 36.6p. Is it any wonder he worries about getting caught again. He has been up to his hucksters in losses for nearly a decade past.
This guy has zero history of successful investing. He is an absolute basket case. Ignore him.

Eddie...That’s good bumble, glad that you also 'understand', as many other of your fellow posters in TLY understood very quickly why myself and others had started to visit TLY board. We made it very clear from the beginning that posting on TLY was not something we really wanted to do. As to my response to your comment asking me whether "I think it's gone on long enough " perhaps you should direct that comment to your friend STT1, who HAS littered ALL Tremor Boards with 'One-sided vindictive' posts (sometimes easily upwards of 40 posts A DAY for over 7 SOLID YEARS, antagonizing innocent Tremor posters …?? Think about it man..??? Is 7 Years long enough for you ?? Neither you nor TLY investors here have experienced even a fraction of the above. Just imagine for a moment IF the situation was in reverse and you were getting 20-30-40 posts (ALL Negative) every day on TLY board… !? Just think about that for a moment. STT1 of course says he is just providing innocent 'Company/Industry News flow' , but one look at his history of posts and content on Tremor board plus 'Many Thousands' of poster complaints to date about him might begin to change your mind.

Without a doubt, Tremor has just provided a very robust Q2 /1H earnings report and the accompanying forward looking statement points to another equally solid report in November. We then enter what is traditionally the most profitable final qtr of our fiscal year. I fully expect that the next two earnings calls will push the US and UK brokers into making substantial upgrades for Tremor, for 2022/3. That’s where I have set my horizon. Take the slightly longer view, that at least, is where I stand. I always preferred the slowly, slowly to the spikey, spikey.

I also noted that there was some noise and a few responses a while back concerning News Corp exclusivity. I guess that was also stirred up by our resident FUD spreader, Canute
From the CC, it doesn’t look like News Corp has contributed meaningfully to Tremors revenue due to the impact of Covid-19, but it’s something to grow as we leave the effects of Covid behind. Meanwhile though, its not a concern.

Good morning. Great numbers. Congratulations, you guys. So, I'm very interested in two things…..
One is your CTV versus online video. I'm very interested in whether you see CTV cannibalizing online video or whether you see the growth coming from different types of advertisers in the two categories? And then my second question is on News Corp. You have this wonderful exclusive deal with News Corp to sell certain of their out-stream video units until the end of 2022. Just as a housekeeping item, how much of your total revenue did that -- did News Corp represent in the second quarter? Thank you.

OK. So, for the first question about if CTV is cannibalizing online video, both sectors are basically growing. We have growth that is coming from both sections. When we're looking at CTV, this is something that people are basically expanding into lately for us.
So we have clients that are coming directly from CTV, but we have also clients that we basically work with them in the past, and they are expanding. But we see both channels growing. Regarding the questions about News Corp, Sagi, can you give like the numbers about what is the – for this side of the activity? Thank you…..

Yes. So, first of all, of course, we are very happy with the deal with News Corp. Secondly, the deal is around £30 million for three years. And if I'm taking it per quarter, it's not meaningful out of our net revenues.

Yeah. Thank you and I'll add my congratulations on the strong quarter. Ofer, just kind of following up on Laura's question. So obviously, results in CTV kind of the highlight.
Could you expand on where you're focusing your investments in this market? And then I was really interested in the launch of the in-house TV retargeting and measurement solution. So if you could give us a little bit more color on that from the press release…..

Of course. I will start maybe with the TV retargeting. So, we are basically doing TV retargeting for a couple of years. In the past year, we changed our providers, and we are now using another provider that works with us in order to build the solution.
That is providing like a very strong solution in the market regarding ACR and TV retargeting. And we are integrated into a major--(this word was unclear)-- in the major verticals that we are working with already for a couple of years, mostly entertainment, travel, automobile, and so on, in CPG that we are using this technology with. And we see great success. And one of the major advantages that we have got is the full end-to-end solution that we are driving. And in that matter, in this scenario, it's also helping us to integrate data whenever we are basically using our DSP, when we are running managed campaigns or when we are selling PMPs, and in both these occasions, we can basically use this solution that we have integrated.

If you listen to the CC or read the earnings transcript you will find that Ofer made it clear that he was on the outlook for a suitable acquisition. He also indicated that more cash would go into R&D with the emphasis now turning to revenue growth, rather than EBITDA.

From bottom to top, a 62p bump today and it's still holding reasonably well across the pond at the moment.

I don’t read any of his clap but I am conscious of the ever increasing frequency on both boards.
The stress, the strain, the pain, the anxiety, the loss, the envy and the lack of impact that this soulless shadow has on any of us is weighing heavy on our resident Canute and Rain Man.

That was a nice little 40p bump up from todays low.
FinnCap has raised Tremors price target to £14 (x2 =£28 = US $38) and RBC has raised TRMR price target from $27 to $32.
Expect further upgrades to follow yesterday's absolutely stellar earnings report.

I don’t read Canute's clap. I used to before finally concluding that this guy, although intelligent, is not the full shilling. I also concluded that his intelligent is such that he is fully aware that there is absolutely nothing that you or I or anyone else on these boards can do to prevent him going about his annoyance in the way that he does. It is also obvious, at least to me, that his disorder is such, that this guy is void of all normal feelings. He is as cold and as soulless as the rocks in the sea. An empty human shell. He is thus, impervious to all and everything that you will throw at him. And so, I filter him here and scroll past all of his posts elsewhere.

Just to correct one piece of misinformation from stt. The IPO was in June with the exercise of the underwriters' option in July. So the net cash trajectory as far as I can see is: $103m 31st March $130m 30th April $275m 30th June (incl $129m gross IPO proceeds) $314m 31st July (incl $19m gross underwriter option proceeds) TRMR said on the call they generated $54m in 2Q excluding net IPO proceeds. Meaning they seem to have been generating incremental net cash, excluding the net IPO and underwriter proceeds, of something like: $27m April $13m May-June average $21m July

Worth noting. In 1H earnings report, cash at 30th June was $275 million. At 18.37 min into Conference Call....as at the 31st July cash and cash equivalents has grown to $314 million.

Qweritii ….I thought it apt to come back on that mocking remark you made last Friday i.e. ‘we need to have one big echo chamber on here ….. like the poster saying fill your boots yesterday’.
That ‘fill your boots’ comment was posted on another board after the markets closed last Thursday, 12th Aug. During the next three trading days, Friday through to Tuesday of this week the shorts managed to push Tremors sp down from c. 800p to a low of 702p. Those three days were indeed an opportunity to fill your boots, were they not? That comment, which you chose to mock, is now looking like it was very good advice, don’t you think? It could turn out to be the best advice that you ever failed to act upon.

Next….for those of you who don’t have the Canute on filter, you can expect a post (or many) from this lying shadow without a soul, telling you that he bought Tremor at 702p and sold at £10…or £11…or £12 …or,,,. you got it.

Bury the resident Rain man. Set your horizon for next year. The run-up for Tremor starts next week and will continue through and beyond Tremor’s full year earnings report, expected in Feb/March 2022.
