Without doubt, Totally’s sp attended that Presentation yesterday. It has worked out that Totally’s plans for an acquisition from the relatively small amount of cash that it has on hand, means that any such acquisition will be a small add-on at best. It has worked out that without another cash call and shareholder dilution, Totally can not afford a larger purchase. The corresponding impact on the bottom line will be equally… small. The shares in issue are enormous and thus the earnings per share from such an add-on, will be tiny. The corresponding impact on Totallys sp will be…you got it… very small, if at all, after taking into account the integration impacts and integration costs.
Also, you have been told by Wendy that amortisation comes from legacy contracts and this years write downs will be about the same…
Didn’t someone say it was the write downs that impacted Totallys profit this qtr and the one before it? Wasn’t it the write downs that reduced Totallys profit to a measly £100k for the last two sets of accounts? Well you have been forewarned then haven’t you….write downs will continue for the rest of this year. And what about next year and the next? All you have been told is that they will be ‘reducing’.
And dynahier tells us…’ This is cheap. At least half price right now’...
Truth be told, Totally is barely worth half the price it is right now.
Hanging on to this dud means another year and more of wasted time ahead for all of you. Isn’t it time you lifted your expectations to a higher level and took a look outside of this miniature Pandora’s box?
Rusty…re, we now have a lot of cash. What are we going to do with it ???
That’s a great question, for which I have no answer. It’s a warm place to be though is it not? Rather this than worrying about carrying a pile of debt. Cash and options are great bed partners. All of us are waiting to see what Ofer Druker’s next move is, I guess.
Rusty and Toughatthetop…good that we can let it drop at that without arguing about it. We wouldn’t wish to provide Canute with the where-with-all to pleasure himself in the knowledge that he has dismantled a united front on this board, or any other for that matter.
Rusty, you don’t know me, but I know you from many years past. I post here now with a different handle. I remember you bought in quite heavily in the days of blinkx before the Elelman induced collapse. I’m fortunate to be well in the blue right now but I still feel for you and others. I do believe you will recover your stake if you just hang on in there for a while longer. ATB meanwhile.
like I said earlier, our resident Canute prefers the top reading slot.
Rusty re your…. I have spoken to curly kev, and ginodog, and they advised they had their way of dealing with it, which is fine,…. Other people, I am sure are grown up enough to make their own choices.
If that truly is your stance then you can’t ridicule them for doing it, as your last post has done.
Re.. Take away the ego do not engage then the posts are worthless….and, If you haven't tried it (filter) you will not know what it’s like.
Unfortunately, that is not the case in real life. There is the effect on potential new investors that may visit this board, to consider. They know nothing about this brat who works on the human frailty principle that every negative carries twice the impact of a positive.
I guess you don’t read my posts either, which is fine by me, no bad feelings from me on that score, but had you done so, you would know that I have made my position clear time and time again…quote from my earlier post today….’For a very long time now, I have filtered this board-pest and so I do not see any of his clap, but the above highlights just how dangerous he is for new investors visiting these boards. Those that have let that happen, have lost out heavily…etc. ( referring to the x6 bagger in Tremors sp in the last 12 months).
dynaheir...re
Expect acquisitions this year. Cash is being preserved for that purpose with no plans to raise. Any acquisition will be cash flow positive.
What does that tell you? It says to me that from the relatively small amount of cash Totally have on hand that any acquisition they can afford will be relatively small. The corresponding impact on the bottom line will be equally… small. And the corresponding impact on Totally’s sp will be …you got it…very small. What has you so excited and hopeful about this news?
Free cash flow 7.8 million! Amortisation comes from legacy contracts, this year about the same…
Well, you have been forewarned haven’t you?
Isn’t it time you lifted your expectations to a higher level? Take a look outside this miniature Pandora’s box for heaven’s sake.
Toughatthetop....that may be your view but it doesn't address the question I put to Rusty does it?
Rusty, didn't you come out of hibernation a while back and engage. I also noted back then that you encouraged Tricky to stand up to our resident Canute at that time.
You have since retraced back to your current position. Looks to me that you like to burn your candle from both ends, from time to time.
Our resident Canute prefers the top reading slot.
As Tremor enters the more lucrative half of its fiscal year, revenue wise, three big impactful events/ quarters, lie ahead. Expect the next two quarterly reports and the end-of-year results to push all the US Brokers for further upgrades between now and the finals in Feb 2022. Feb 2022 is the horizon to set your sights for Tremor, given its recent gains. You can watch your Totally Plc investment wither in comparison, or you can (at least) consider hedging losses by finding a better home for your money.
Do not be persuaded by your resident doomsters wrecking tactics. Those that have already let that happen have lost out on a x6 bagger this year alone and a x14 bagger since Tremor’s lows. As incidentally, he himself has.
Look at Tremor’s x6 sp growth in the last 12 months, look at Tremors x14 sp growth from its lowest point, look at its recent Nasdaq IPO, look at Tremor’s fundamentals, then compare these with Totally.
Using any of the comparison metrics, Totally is a dud, and a tiny dud at that. Having raised tens of millions of pounds over the past seven years from cash calls and massive shareholder dilution, (100 million+ shares issued for Greenbrook alone), Totally struggles to produce a miniscule profit of just £100k after manipulating the figures to manufacture that tiny amount.
Compare this situation against the analysis of Tremor’s strong fundamentals by five new US Brokers who now cover Tremor. All five have issued informed price targets as provided below. Not just one Broker, not just a paid House Broker, as is the case for Totally, but five of them.
Your choice of course, but from where I am sitting, it’s a no-brainer.
Yesterdays US Broker PT’s for TRMR..
Stifel…$26 (£9.43)
RJ…$27 (£9.77)
Needham…$28 (£10.13)
JPM…$30 (£10.86)
Tremor’s current sp, 796p +36p (+4.74%), at close. This morning £8.15
Current Nasdaq sp $22.63/2 = $11.2 = £8.20 at close.

Then you have already lost out on a x6 bagger this year. As of now Tremor's sp is 798p and rising. Twelve months ago it was 139p. It has in fact almost x14 bagged from its lowest point, ever tracking upward in the face of relentless downbeat wrecking disinformation, from our resident Canute. For a very long time now, I have filtered this board-pest and so I do not see any of his clap, but the above highlights just how dangerous he is for new investors visiting these boards. Those that have let that happen to them, have lost out heavily, including Canute himself. The latter pleases me greatly.
Thornton...re your ...Strange the Brokers have upgraded Totally last week to strong buy.
Brokers? Plural? Do you mean 'a' Broker? And is it Totally's House Broker that you refer too?
Strange then that Simply Wall St. reports ‘Weak Financial Prospects Seem To Be Dragging Down Totally plc’.
As Robina says...I wonder who is right?
Yes Eddie. It's all about the fundamentals. Totally Plc played with the figures to manufacture a measly 100k profit for the last two sets of accounts. The directors earn more that that. Pathetic! That's my reason I'm trying to persuade the less blind here to look at something else.
Correction...Persuaded our resident Canute???

Persuaded our resident Canute? Then you have already missed out on a x6 bagger for Tremor International. As of now Tremor's sp is 821p. Twelve months ago it was 139p.
Fact is, Tremor has almost x14 bagged from its lowest point, ever tracking upward in the face of relentless downbeat wrecking during this period, from our resident Canute.
For a very long time now, I have filtered this board-pest. I don't see any of his clap, but the above highlights just how dangerous he is for potential new investors, visiting these boards.
