BB Re your..... its a different state of affairs now , you should be looking forward....
Those that bought in here years ago were also 'looking forward'. In regard to 'averaging down'...that is what the mugs have to do when they make mistakes because they thought they could see into the future by 'looking forward'.
BB, so it is all crap that I am posting? Well, what is crap about this and the dumb sods that bought into these two Totally cash calls and ended up at that 8p per share price that you apparently caught at the bottom. Do you think that they are as happy as you appear to b? I repeat ....It is now 5 years + since Totally PLc raised gross proceeds of £6.2 million from new and existing investors, via a subscription of 10,000,000 new Ordinary Shares at a price of 62 pence per share. Yes 62p, current sp 38p. For a fact, I know that stt1 took his full quota back then and so, he and all the rest of the fools that participated in that one, are carrying a 40% loss there for more than five years now. Stt has, of course, been invested here for a lot longer than that and was buying into Totally at much higher prices back then, but that is successful investing for you, stt style. Follow at your own peril.
On the 28th Feb 2014 Totally Plc sp was 90p. Stt. said about his investment in Totally Plc. On the 2 Mar '14 - 16:40 - 2231 of 3524 … I've put my money where my mouth is... I've a huge amount invested and all in my ISA...
With Totally’s sp at 37p today that a further 60% loss on his “huge amount invested” and he has been languishing with that loss for more than 7 years now. There are many investors, including some institutions, that have never recovered from those cash calls. Just like you, they thought the future was great at that time. It wasn't.
Re your...What a load of crap you posted, like TLY have been on a continuous down trend for at least 7 years for instance , not the last 3 years they haven't....
Open the sp chart below and click on the 'max' tab then run the marker along the full span of the sp for the last 7 years and tell me where I am quoting crap.

BB, re your....Have you noticed like me how they latch on to miniscule profits for instance and forgetting the rest. oh yes weak company financials ,another instance. but i don't know about anyone else they can say what they like but for me TLY has been and continues to be a good investment .....
I asked you to tell us why Totally "has been and continues to be a good investment"? Totally's sp has been on a continuous downward trend for the past 7 years and more. If you have made money on this then you must have been trading the fall all the way en route or bought in on the more recent bottom. Many invested here bought in at the top and falling. They have been nursing losses for years, stt included.
Re, your..''looking into the future TLY will have the growth from acquisition''. You and the rest have been singing this Hymn for years. You are blinded by your own conviction and thus, you will never see the light. What you are waiting for isn't going to happen and you will still be prophesying these same words next year and the next, with this dud. That's just stupid.
So, looking into the future, prey tell me, where is Totally’s growth coming from? I would be more than pleased if someone would provide a plausible investment analysis for Totally Plc that is different from the failed ones of the past. Just how much are all of you expecting in the way of returns on your investment from Totally and when? For heaven sake, they had to play with the figures in this last two sets of accounts to even manufacture a miniscule £100k profit. I can just imagine the euphoria here if you ever get a 100% increase on that for next year. A massive £200k. And it really will be party time with a triple digit increase to £300k. How pathetic!

Just how many of you invested here are in the same boat? It really is time for you all to wake up and find a better home for your money than this dud. Better that than living in hope year after year that Totally Plc will one miraculous day, deliver for you.
It is 5 years + since Totally PLc raised gross proceeds of £6.2 million from new and existing investors, via a subscription of 10,000,000 new Ordinary Shares at a price of 62 pence per share. Yes 62p, current sp 39p and falling. Some people I know here bought in prior to this cash call, at much higher prices. Hope springs eternal....they say. Hopeless, I say.
100K profit…miniscule and pathetic
EBITDA….miniscule and pathetic
Growth….miniscule and pathetic.
Overall….Totally pathetic.
How many more years do you want to be mugged? You guys invested here, are wasting your life.
KPDm, here is the history. Years ago, our resident antagonist was heavily invested in blinkx and posting bullish every day. He continued buying blinkx shares as they rose to £2.20p, (£22.20+ in today’s money). Four years ago, and a good while after the Edelman publication knocked blinkx for six, our resident Canute eventually sold all his Blinkx shareholding (now Tremor Int), for just 50p. (If you leave out the recent 10:1 share split and the blinkx /Taptica merger dilution for now, that equates to about £5 in today’s money). Back then, and for a long time thereafter, as the sp fell further, Canute bragged on the ADVFM and lse boards about how smart he had been, having sold all his shares at 50p. I remember it well. But what our resident charlatan quite deliberately did not disclose in those goading posts was the fact, that the shares he sold at 50p, he had previously purchased at prices all the way up to £2.20 (£22.2+ today). I posted a dated and timed account/record of those events on the ADVFM board, at that time. Back then, when he was purchasing blinkx shares at prices all the way up to £2.20 (£22.2+ today), this same charlatan was pushing predictions here and on the ADVFM bulletin boards, that blinkx sp was going to £3 (£30+ in today’s money). And so, the truth is, 4 years ago, while claiming to be clever, Mr Smart consolidated a huge loss on his Blinkx (Tremor) investment when he sold at 50p. As the share price fell further he peddled relentlessly here and on ADVFM, just how smart he had been to get out at 50p. Short sighted indeed because, in the passage of time, the sp recovered and he, having sold his total stake at 50p, is now losing out for a second time. Well actually, it is for a third time because, to add pain to injury, our resident Canute invested those lossy blinkx sale proceeds into Totally Plc. Totally’s share price was around 60/70p at that time, but he had been buying Totally at even higher prices prior to this. Our Mr Canute said, about his investment in Totally Plc. on the 2 Mar '14 - 16:40 - 2231 of 3524 … I've put my money where my mouth is... I've a huge amount invested and all in my ISA...
With Totally’s sp at just 40p today, that is a further c. 40% loss on his “huge amount invested”. A loss that has been languishing now for over 7 years. Back then, this same guy invested in Stanley Gibbons (stamps). Take a look at the 5-year chart for Stanley Gibbons sp if you feel like you need a really good belly laugh.
Truth be told, this self-effacing sage has no history of ever having had a successful investment.
After a relentless decade+ of damaging posts and shareholder sufferance from the keyboard of our resident Canute, small investors on this thread and ADVFM, are finally believing that they will, at long last, recover their losses here and even make a return on their investment. Despite of a wall of innate intent from this guy spanning a decade, many are now back in profit, thankfully. Over the years, readers here have endured the impact of an incredible 32,179 damming posts from this pest (total for both boards). Without doubt, this guy has been on a mission to damage and wreck. A mission that has taken a good chunk out of his life and to this day he continues without sentiment or compassion, to inflict as much pain as he possibly can on Tremor Plc and its shareholders. His actions are, and have been, calculated, deliberate and sustained and he remains impervious and compassionless to the impact of his posts, on shareholders. It is rare indeed to see such a degree of innateness in another human being.
It is clear however from the responses of others that Canute is tolerated, on all of the boards he frequents, with a heavy heart, an unavoidable irksomeness and resentment. His posts, now numbering an unbelievable 32,070 are generally ignored, scrolled past, filtered or simply tolerated with a high degree of annoyance. He is friendless and his posts remains without weight or influence. You don’t even need to refer to him by his name anymore, everyone knows immediately who you are referring to under the pseudonym, Canute and other derogatory descriptions. I have concluded before. This guy is not unintelligent, and he is fully aware of what he is doing, but in saying this, it is apparent to me, at least, that a few screws were left lose at birth resulting in personal problems that are not as obvious to him, as they are to the rest of us.
The reason he is not posting on the Tremor advfm board is because on the 22 June, barkboo and a few others thereon, decided they’d had enough of this clown and spent the day pasting his Totally Plc thread on advfm, with endless copies of his posts from the past, while simultaneously apologising and explaining their reason for the attack to other posters there. Readers on that board got the message. They also got very angry. They were sent a picture of what we have endured over the last 10 years+ from this guy and I believe he got a message he didn’t like from the regular readers on that thread. I’m not sure if action has since been taken to stop him posting but either way, there have been no further posts on the advfm Tremor bb since that rather successful event. He has however, stepped up his activity here. Perhaps we should learn something from our friends on advfm.
Tricky re....What part of stt1's brain says just keep annoying people?
Answer...all of it!
In-long....if you only knew how many times your words have been repeated over and over by so many other frustrated people, for so many years now, you would understand more fully the annoying impact that this guy has had on the rest of us. His posts, now numbering an unbelievable 32,070+ are generally ignored, scrolled past, filtered or simply suffered as unwanted annoyance. He remains without weight, influence, or friends. You don’t need to refer to him by his name anymore, everyone knows immediately who you are referring to under the pseudonym, Canute and other equally derogatory descriptions. I have concluded before. This guy is not unintelligent but in saying this, it is apparent to me, at least, that a few screws were left lose at birth resulting in personal problems that are as obvious to him, as they are to the rest of us. He will pay no heed to your request. We have all been there already.
Words were hardly dry on the paper and there you are... an RNS announcing an early close of the offering. Underwriters have 30 days to exercise on the additional 1million ADS's. Looks like that is a given.
Looks like the IPO is settling down already, as expected! Pre-market it’s looking a tad better, albeit on small volume.
Have the underwriters exercised their options on those 1million+ additional ADS’s? They have a month to execute on these but great news if they do and a positive for the success of this IPO. The main offer closes today, so Tremor may provide some feedback tomorrow.
In addition to the 37% loss that our resident Canute has suffered on that Totally cash call of 5 years ago, our resident Canute said about his investment in Totally Plc. On the 2 Mar '14 - 16:40 - 2231 of 3524 … I've put my money where my mouth is... I've a huge amount invested and all in my ISA...
On the 28th Feb 2014 Totally Plc sp was 90p. With Totally’s sp at 38.6p today, that’s a further 57%+ loss on his “huge amount invested”. And he has been languishing in that particular loss for more than 7 years now. Like I said already, this guy is just not capable of making good investment choices.
It is 5 years + since Totally PLc raised gross proceeds of £6.2 million from new and existing investors, via a subscription of 10,000,000 new Ordinary Shares at a price of 62 pence per share. Yes 62p, current sp 38.6p. Our resident antagonist, King C a n u t e, took his full quota back then and so, he and all the other fools that participated in that one, are languishing in a 37% loss for more than five years now. Further, our Mr C a n u t e was buying Totally at even higher prices prior to that offer. That is successful investing….C a n u t e style. Not surprising he lost out so heavily on blinkx (now Tremor Int) as well then, is it? This guy is just not capable of making good investment choices.
32, 000 posts too late but I noticed that a cohort of regular posters on the Tremor advfm board decided that they've had more than enough of Mr Canute and so they gave the Totally Plc advfm bulletin board one awful pasting yesterday.
