Wolframite ALGW have form in what regard? They've never suspended, never preciously delisted, I guess uou know very little about the company.

Uou and I have both known PREM for a long time maybe back to 2017 when we first posted on here. You cannot disagree that since then GR has made an almighty mess of the company. RHA was the Zulu of it's time and we all know what happened there with the abject failure of the project despite being days from production and shareholders diluted to oblivion.

Now we have Zulu a project that will once again save the company, but we have seen shareholders diluted to oblivion, line RHA, a plant that doesn't produce and no cash left in the kitty.

History seems to repeat itself with PREM and the mounting debts with no cash tell a story that ends badly for investors with bankruptcy, delisting and no chance of return. That's where my ALGW investment differs, it will return at a market cap around 12 times that of when it delisted. Even if it doesn't and the company is sold privately for that multiple, I still get the cash. When PREM goes bust you all lose everything no matter what the charts say.

You could chart ALGW when it was listed. Now it's delisted it would be rather pointless, a bit like you Ponderosal along with your alter egos Mainstay, Quagpalm, Luthee etc.

When it relists later in the year it's one that can be chartes

Anunnaki, I guess you're new to charting. The charts don't work with share like PREM which is why you lost money on your previous buy and you'll lose money on your most recent buy.

Mainstay, you seem to have a bit of a bee in your bonnet about me having worked for ASDA as a delivery driver after I lost my job during COVID.

Let's put some things into perspective shall we. I've been an Air Traffic Controller for 30 years, before that I was a Police Officer a job which I started immediately after leaving University. I'm a grafter, I do whatever it takes to provide for my family, be that driving an ASDA van or working in a war zone in Baghdad and being shelled by factions or attacked by ISIS. Someone like you hasn't the bottle to commit to anything other than a keyboard job posting irrelevant non contributory posts on a bulletin board. Thankfully my ASDA days are behind me but as testament to my hard work there and commitment to everything I do, the record shows I won a national award for my work there.

There a many million of people in this country that work minimum wage jobs and they're far more essential to our economy than you and your keyboard warrior position posting irrelevant non contributory posts on bulletin boards. I'm sure it pays your bills but I doubt it gives you any job satisfaction or makes your family proud of what you do.

Willec, what happens if the LOI doesn't drop next week? Why hasn't it dropped already given the advanced talks GR has mentioned?

We all know that no news is bad news with PREM and when that bad news comes wrt the LOI and the need to find someone else within 30 days, the SP will plummet. I'm surprised GR hasn't placed the 4 billion he has left to try and get some much needed funds, maybe that RNS will land Tuesday morning or next week, GR does like a discounted placing so maybe another at 0.02 , it's certainly as likely, if not more likely than an LOI.

Steward, the new agreement makes no difference to the situation PREM is in other than to allow interest at 12% to continue to accrue. All it has effectively done is give GR 60 days to find someone that's prepared to invest in Zulu and be willing to take on the responsibility for the prepayment debt.

Whilst GR speaks of "well advanced talks" that's all they are, mere talks and nothing has come of them, nor is anything likely to come of them given the scale of what's needed at Zulu and PREM along with the Canmax requirements for the 3rd party to take on their debt including continued accrual of interest.

Alert, yes there's a buyer for the product, but there is no product coming from Zulu. That's the crux of the matter. Despite GRs assurances of "I believe" "imminent" "won't need the extra day" "I'm confident" There's been no progress and by his own admission the plant needs a shed load of money spending on it that he doesn't have along with mounting debts that he cannot pay and a best case scenario is production is 3 months away if, and it's a gigantic if, the proposed modifications work all of this assuming he can persuade someone to invest the money which quite frankly is highly unlikely given the risks involved.

Alert, I've no idea hence why I asked the question. One way or another there'll be a cost implication which PREM will bear.

As for Zulu being his prized possession that he won't let fail, you and I both know that not so long ago he had another prized possession in RHA, a prized possession he spent a lot of time, money and diluting shareholders with. He wasn't going to let that fail but it did under similar circumstances that we're seeing right now. Perhaps GR is just a victim of the markets for the metals he hopes to produce, perhaps its just bad timing or perhaps its just down to sheer incompetence. My vote is for sheer incompetence after all, nobody can deny that he has failed with every single project he has undertaken as PREM CEO, Zulu is no different.

I wonder what PREMs share of the legal costs for arbitration will be and how they'll be able to pay them?

Wolframite, ALGW delists in the morning, I added another 500k shares today you'd have done well to buy some too, expect a relisting late Q3 early Q4 at an mcap at least 10 times today's close, so my current holdings will be worth a little under £2 million. More than happy with my investment and how it will turn out for me.

The reason the market is down is because people are selling. MMs aren't interested in buying and holding PREM shares on the off chance there might be some good news, they make their money on each trade, they want liquidity. Holding shares in PREM is far too risky for them

Crumbs a 0.0005p increase in the ask, you must be over the moon

The share price would be a lot higher and multiple sells of 30 million wouldn't be going through along with all those sells of 20 million plus, if anyone believed that an LOI was in the pipeline.

Willec, you keep telling yourself it's a bargain and keep mopping up those sells, sellers love a willing buyer, gives them the liquidity they need to exit a position.

Willec I take it you're mopping them all up then? If it's such a bargain you'll be doing what snowking did and maxing out those credit cards and taking out loans to get your hands in a never before seen bargain basement opportunity.

Shame the market can't see what you see and whomever it was that was dumping 30 million clips this morning. You must be doing well out of their desire to keep on selling.

Willec, not wanting everything yesterday, cautioning against your this week, next week, soon, imminently postings. Anyone looking in should exercise caution, there are no guarantees and the history of the company will tell you that when news isn't released when expected then the news that will be released won't be good and right now we're in the not good phase of the next PREM news release.

Willec, you're making an assumption that the clock started ticking on 1st April. I very much doubt that's the case as do you if you think about it.

Patience isn't a virtue here, time is of the essence and at least 2 weeks of his 30 days (probably more) have now passed. If discussions were as "well advanced" as GR suggested then the LOI would have been released by now. As always no news is bad news as far as GR is concerned. Anyone invested now with semblance of a profit or a small loss should seriously consider their position, GR is notorious for costing investors money.

Where are all the perma bulls when the SP was at 1p, where's Snowking and the rest of the telegramp group with words of wisdom and implied knowledge? Are they still invested? Have they continued to average down at these bargain prices?
