If it was SC6 or better then GR would have stated that and been over the moon about it. Seems that successful in GR eyes isn't what the company needs. So we're relying now on the "backup" which won't be in place before August. So much for the 3 months endeavour. I'm sure Hasiba will be looking at selling now, how do uour charts look now Anunnaki with this additional information? Is PREM a sell? 27 billion shares to potentially hit the market, tests that haven't produced at grade.

I totally agree that that's not what you said, but if GR had said the tests produced SC6 then you would have remembered that, in fact of the tests had produced SC6 or betterbthen GR would have been shouting that out, he didn't, therefore those tests didn't produce the required grade andbrhe inserts won't either.

Adam there you have it in a nutshell, if the tests were successful in producing SC6 or better he would have been all over it, the fact he wasn't says it all, the tests didn't produce product at grade. There's yet another red flag.

Anunnaki, the past performance of the share price over a given time period is irrelevant. We can all quote statistics to suit an agenda be it 150% up in a day or 98% down in a year. What's relevant now, and what must concern shareholders and anyone looking to buy shares is the distinct possibility of another 27 billion shares being issued, diluting shareholders by a massive amount. GR stated in the webinar yesterday that he would try not to use all of the shares. He's stated that in pretty much every webinar he's done prior to getting headroom, and guess what pretty much every time he goes and uses all of the shares. By his own admission the company needs money, the numbers released in RNS show they're massively in debt, so much so that not even utilising 27 billion more shares will raise enough cash to cover half of what's owed (Canmax debt not included). Every placing he has ever done has been at a discount, the upcoming placing will be no different 20%, 25%, 30% discount to the prevailing SP on the day before? Those are the usual numbers but it could be worse as the city guys know how desperate he is. Imagine buying shares on 5th June at 0.02p and wake up on 6th June to a 7am RNS that PREM is "pleased to announce it has raised....... at 0.014p at 30% discount to the closing price on 5th June" then be locked in as those 27 billion shares flood the market along with the billions more that are sold by shareholders who've just had enough. Then at the start of July GR calls for yet another AGM asking for billions more shares because the creditors are knocking at the door wanting their money. The circle repeats itself. That is the PREM way, always has been and always will be until it delists.

You're not missing anything Shark, some here try to argue it's a CREST thing, but it's not, it's a ploy by GR to artificiallybinflate the price so that he can do further placings in the future. If consolidation doesn't take place and the share price drops below 0.01 then he cannot issue any more shares

Nomadme, he's already stated he's not interested in the PREM job unless they can get Zulu producing. You can put as many profiles of successful mining guys and girls, it makes absolutely no difference to the PREM situation.

No money, no product and spiralling debts. Not a great investment opportunity

Adam, Graham Hill has already openly stated he won't take the PREM job until such time as the plant produces.

You're another one who talks themselves into believing the made up scenarios in your head or have you be ha ING a chat with Snowking, I'm sure he's got a "what if Glencore buy in" statement doing the rounds amongst his disciples

Sol001 of the raise doesn't fix the issues and he comes back to shareholders in Juky for further dilution will you support that? If you look back at the comments on here for pretty much every raise he's done over the last 2 years which GR claims he reasonably believes will be the final fix, the same quotes come up: "if it's what's needed then I'll support it" "last chance to get it working" "we have no choice but to support it but this is the last time" yet those same posters keep coming back with those same quotes each and every time. GR knows he's got you over a barrel and will gladly shaft each and every one of you whenever it suits. The city boys know they'll make a few quid, the only ones that suffer are the mug punters who keep believing.

Nomadme, nobody is ignoring the reality of the costs involved. I've been quoting them for a long long time whilst explaing to all the fan boys why each of the placings that GR has made were not enough for their proposed uses, and here we are, despite assurance after addurance from GR that each raise would solve the problems, with a non producing plant, staff, contractors, suppliers, government etc not being paid what's owed to them. It's th "premmings" that keep burying their heads in the sand about the costs and continue to run idealistic scenarios of "what if......" in their heads and talk themselves into believing PREM will make them money.

The sad reality is that PREM has NEVER succeeded with any project it has undertaken, the CEO has squandered money raised for one thing on vanity projects, all the while drawing a salary and fees, living the high life of international travel, good hotels and fine dining, all the while his screwing over his staff, contractors and suppliers.

Anunnaki, what do your charts tell you, is this a stonking buy or a stinking sell?

As I see it 1 of 2 things is going to happen witthin the next 10 days.

1. GR gets the vote through and shareholders are diluted by between 27 and 37 billion more shares when he does a placing at a 20% to 30% discount tonthe close on 5th or 6th June.

2. He doesn't get the vote through.

Either way the share price is going down from where it is now, to either around the placing price or sub 0.01 depending on which scenario pans out.

There's zero reward in buying right now only the certainty of watching your investment value drop significantly.

If scenario 1 happens and you believe in the company then that's the time to take the risk. Remember if the SP drops 50% on bad news it will take an increase of 100% to get back to the value before the drop and that's a long way to go.

I see GR has arranged his suite at the Chesterfield again. More first class fares, fine dining and fine wines the company cannot afford. Especially when the AGM is in SA. Still I suppose he has to do his best to try and sell the placing as quickly as possible. 27 billion shares won't get home much cash. Always got shareholder interests at the front of his mind.

Steward, wake up and have your cornflakes. There's no chance whatsoever that the raise will be at a price higher than it is today. There's no news he can release that will cause a reasonable enough spike in the SP that would negate the discount for the placing price. I don't believe the placingnwill be as low as Jaglith suggests, it will be in the region of 0.019, after costs that will give him around 4.5 million after costs

Nomadme, yes James Dyson had a significant number of failures, however his wife paid the bills.

GR on the other hand doesn't pay the bills and keeps racking up the debts.

Yet there are no listing rules / requirements for AIM that limit the number of shares in issue for a company. So that reasoning os rubbish. It's all about artificially inflating the share price and having billions of shares in issue looks better that having 10s or 100s of billions of shares in issue.
