Hasiba, Acker is correct jn everything he says. Glencore LOI is nothing more than an expression of interest to take spodumene.
The crux of the matter now is that GR has 3 months to prove Zulu can produce in quantity and at grade. All the while the debts continue to accrue, bills and wages will need to be paid, equipment bought and installed.
Who is on site do do the work? The foundations for the proposed new flotation circuit should have been completed months ago as part of a previous fundraise. Why are they not completed? What's he spent the money on? Are Goddards going to come back after his declaration of FM, if not who'll do the mining work? How will they be paid?
The money from the most recent raise, once the equipments been paid for won't last, in fact I'd be surprised if there's anything left after he's paid for the flotation circuit.
The elephant in the room is yet again funding going forwards, Canmax aren't interested in supporting PREM any further. Glencore won't stump up any cash until Zulu proves ìts worth and GR himself has admitted that, "the Company will continue to require future funding in particular to ensure that the Zulu plant is able to achieve the required grade and tonnage" so will need further funding just to try and prove Zulu in the 3 months he has. How's he going to accomplish that? He's pretty much used up all his available headroom. The only way is through shareholder approval at yet another GM, which will have to be announced fairly soon and will require a pretty big number in terms of headroom requested. Once that's announced then the SP plummets once again and it's back to square one.
