Wolframite, I'm not sure how thick you think I am but I certainly don't think someone is going to come in and pay Canmax off. What I do know is that Canmax want someone to come in and pay them off either in total or installments, that's clear and obvious in the last RNS
".....a signed agreement from a reputable buyer acceptable to Canmax that will settle and/or manage Canmax's Prepayment Amount plus interest on terms to be agreed by Canmax"
However you interpret that statement Canmax want their money and anyone coming in will have to agree to either pay that debt inclusive of interest in full, currently around $50 million or agree to accept responsibility for the debt and come to terms to pay it inclusive of interest which will continue to accrue.
Any such incoming party will also need to provide GR with enough working capital to pay the debts and buy the kit he thinks he needs.
So as thick as I may be, I don't think any company doing their due diligence will be willing to take the risk of either paying Canmax in full or taking on the debt, needing to provide sufficient capital to GR to cover his priority debts and buy the equipment he thinks he needs that might not work, with a minimum 3 months before they might know if it works, all the while incurring further costs and debts. All of this on a plant that hasn't been proven, on a CEO that has a proven track record of failure on every project he has worked on, on a Company that has massive debts the most concerning of which is the unpaid salaries. The Zimbabwean media has previously reported that Zulu staff hadn't been paid since June 2024. What company doing their due diligence would seriously consider any sort of JV with PREM. Such a company doesn't exist and all of this is just more bluff and bluster from GR.
The traders such as Willec are making their money. Even Acker a long term believer in PREM is now just a trader getting in and out on the manufactured spikes. Fair play to them, they're making a few quid on a daily basis with minimal risk but anyone with any semblance of intelligence or even anyone as thick as me can see that PREM is not an investment opportunity now, it's a gamble pure and simple, and as far as I'm concerned it's a gamble that the PI will lose should they choose to invest.
