Hasiba, my TR1 is on record. You'd have to ask my wife her feelings on her investments, I cannot speak for her but can tell you she still holds and hasn't complained to me. Why would she when it's clear that ALGW will make her money, you should buy some, recoup some of your PREM losses.

Hasiba it's fine, I bought 12 million shares at 1p and have an average of 1.5p after buying more, so only a tiny paper loss at the moment. You must be down well over £100k in PREM right now

Wolframite, I wish I did have a short but don't agree with shorting stocks. If others like Hasiba had listened to me and the others who are negative they would have saved themselves a whole lot of pain and in some cases financial difficulty.

Is there an upside to buying PREM, even at these levels knowing what you know? Or is it just a speculative punt with some throw away cash on the off chance? How do you envisage GR getting the cash he's going to need to pay the essential bills (which I've had confirmed by the company haven't been paid) and cover the costs for the test run? At current levels with a generous 20% discount the most he could raise would be about 1.5 million before costs, not anywhere close to what he needs. How long before the Zim government decide they won't wait any longer for the VAT bill to be paid, or the staff for their wages, or those contractors that didn't take shares for their invoices to be paid?

Hasiba, those shareless lots have called this right for a long time. How much are your "truckloads" of shares worth now? About enough to buy a wheelbarrow?

Yoglet, the buys only exceed the sells on days when the price goes up, that's how the market works, only the foolish would believe otherwise.

The consistent daily drops in price mean that there's more sells than buys. The price is already down circa 7% today and will continue to fall.

This company is now doomed to failure. No product, no ability to produce a saleable product and above all no cash to get the plant into a position where they hope that it might produce saleable product and absolutely no hope of raising sufficient cash to make a going concern.

Hasiba, you're right we don't know what's going on behind the scenes. What we do know however is that GR doesn't have enough cash to do the test run. We also know that he has around 11 billion shares he'll use to try and raise more funds at a discount, market and shareholders turned him down last time, I don't imagine he'll get any support next time

Canmax won't lose, they'll get Zulu in lieu of the debts, bring in their own team or hire someone with the ability to get the plant running and then get all the SC6 they need

Jaglith I'd have to agree it would be closer to 0.01 maybe lower if the price continues to plummet.

The 540k he raised a few weeks ago will all be gone now so he'll be looking to get his February salary and fees paid on time, wouldn't surprise me if he wasn't already trying to blow the 11 and a bit billion headroom he has left and get the placing done before the weekend

Quag, more pointless irrelevant uneducated drivel from you. The number of trades bears no relevance to anything. What's important, and thisnis how the market works is that when there's demand for shares the price goes up. When there's more sells than buys the price goes down.

Guess what the price is going down, ergo there's more selling than buying. QED

Acker, it's too risky now even for a trade. Will most definitely continue to drop as the contractors still have around half a billion shares still to get rid of. That'll take maybe until the end of this week to the middle of next week depending on volumes. After that I think it's pretty much lights out for PREM, GR will need money and I can't see anyone taking the risk to give him the million or so he'll be asking for as it's just not enough cash to keep them in business.

I doubt he'd get as much as 0.015 for the next placing. In fact I doubt he'll be able to get any support from anywhere for a raise. Any raise wouldn't provide enough funding to keep the business going. GR has about 12 billion left that he can use without threatening shareholders with going out of business and asking for more. If by some strike of luck he does get someone to give him 0.015 for those shares it only raises about 1.8 million before costs so less than 1.5 million after. That's probably enough to pay the whole of the VAT bill.

How would it open up a JV opportunity? Is that what your source has told you? Who would do a JV with PREM when the loan owed to Canmax continues to accrue interest at 12% and is secured against the plant that any potential JV partner would be investing in. Who in their right minds would do a JV with PREM knowing this? Basic due diligence would tell them to avoid at all costs

Ricky does it have to include finance forward? Could it just as easily be suspension and delisting following bankruptcy?

Ricky, what are your sources? Snowking? Or someone else on a random fanboard with strange fantasies about PREM? The same people that persuaded you to invest?

Removal of the long stop date does nothing more than allow Canmax to generate more interest on the 60 million owed by April, thereby accruing more debt, guaranteed against an asset that's already been halved in value.

I'm intrigued by what you consider to be "plenty of upside"? I can't see any upside right now, company is broke, has a facility to raise a minimal amount of money that won't cover the debts accrued already.

Yhats what they do when they want they don't have many shares and don't want to find themselves being caught out. Any sniff of demand tomorrow and this flies through 2p

There's plenty of other shares out there that will give you a chance to recover some if not all your losses over time. Have a look at those with a low free float that move very quickly when the interest is there. I'll highlight ALGW again and for transparency I'm a TR1 holder there and have been for a number of years and not looking for a quick profit. A million or so buys will see the price move between 10 and 20%, 2 million would most likely move it 25% or more.

Folks, PREM is a dead man walking, pointless holding on to some vain hope of a miraculous turnaround or averaging down to potentially break even, throwing good money after bad in the vain hope of a recovery is neve it's just not gonna happen
