The LOI is non committal and means nothing until such time as the plant can produce at grade and in quantity, but with all the front and back end issues that's unlikely to happen any time soon, if at all. Factor in everything else that needs to be in place and you can pretty much guarantee that if PREM survives they won't be generating any revenue this side of 2026 which equates to more fundraising and shareholder dilution. GR seems to want to offload the other assets, possibly take them private, again not good for shareholders.

NK77, again do your research, GR has already told you there are problems at the front end of the mine as recently as the annual report. I'll lay it out for you below but I'd suggest you read it carefully. It tells you a great deal about what's wrong and what's likely to happen in the short term.

Irispickles, GR hasn't got the money to pay for the second flotation plant, it's the inserts or bust, unless of course he manages to do yet another placing but that will be near impossible until he gets the consolidation out of the way.

That's the issue profitbags, he can't place below 0.01 so has to do the consolidation. As per the AGM notice of 19th May he needed 10 million which with ongoing costs I would say would be the minimum amount he would need headroom for but add in another 3 million for contingency.

Assuming no further drop in SP, then consolidation would raise the SP to 0.13 then deduct the usual 30% for the discount raise and he'll be looking for headroom of a minimum additional 10 billion shares without the contingency that's once again a massive potential dilution to shareholders.

Consolidation can take place during suspension as he has approval to do so from the AGM and it's an administrative procedure. He cannot do a placing whilst suspended.

A little under 3 1/2 hours left to get them released before suspension tomorrow. I think suspension will suit GR, that way he can get the consolidation out of the way ahead of his next raise.

Sol001, yes more news to come Monday, no doubt that's why they've attempted this little lift in SP to try and clear the remainder of the placing and subscription shares. The accounts when released will be shocking, and the company is now in a worse state financially than they were at year end. Wouldn't be surprised if he delays the accounts, gets the shares suspended. Lots more bad news to come ahead of anything relating to a functional plant. Consolidation and raise will be next followed by yet another EGM to get the begging bowl out yet again, but at least this time he will only be asking for billions of shares instead of tens of billions.
