Anunnaki, what do your Barclays call centre charts say the SP will be after imminent 40% discounted raise to get enough funds to pay for the secondary flotation plant and all the other things he still hasn't paid for.

I've emailed him personally and asked him for a breakdown of funds used versus the required needs as per the RNS of 19th May, unsurprisingly I've not had a reply. I've also emailed Stockbox to request they ask the question during the next interview but we all know that's not going to happen. Perhaps shareholders could email the company directly demanding the information the more the merrier and the more likely to get a response.

I've done a template below which should suffice.

I hope this email finds you well. I'm writing with reference the above and the stated uses of the funds as contained in the 19th May RNS. I would be grateful if you would provide me with a detailed breakdown of how the raised funds have been used against the requirements as stated in the 19th May RNS. I have some concerns about numbers quoted in recent interviews along with certain claims that funding for ongoing testing exists against the funding required as per the RNS of 19th May, specifically in relation to the Secondary Flotation Plant, the Costs associated with plant readiness and test running. Reagent assessment, the Zulu and Group Staff payment (acquiring from July 2024), and those payments that are deemed "urgent" by the company.

The RNS states that the "outstanding amount" for the secondary flotation plant was at that time $500k, yet in the recent interview you claimed that the total cost for the secondary flotation plant was $250k, which is the correct number? Are you misleading shareholders in the interviews or are you making untrue statements in RNS releases?

I would be very grateful if you could provide some clarity on these numbers and contradictions either by return email, RNS or broadcast interview

Bluechipbroker, you know full well what criteria Glencore have laid out that will require to be met before they convert their LOI to a binding agreement.

At no point does that position change once testing od the plant is completed. Glencore will NOT be satisfied until such time as Zulu can consistently produce at grade and at volume, and as I and others have previously stated that's not going to happen this side of 2026 as GR has already clearly stated theres multiple issues with the plant that need attention and money spent . Best you and the rest of the "make it up as we go along" brigade can hope for is an extension to the LOI. In the meantime there's around 7 billion shares that GR will be desperate to place, then he can get his consolidation done and call the EGM for further headroom.

As for 1p again the only way that will ever be possible is through further consolidation, certainly not through the current proposed consolidation and a normal market. Once again you talk yourself it to believing a complete fantasy.

NK77, if the knowledge of some posting here is indicative of them "doing their own (research) due diligence" then they need to work harder on that aspect of their investing strategy.

Warrie, the factually researched figure for the costs associated with plant readiness and test running and reagent assessments is $885,122.99 easy to find and a number you really ought to know. That was for the first 5 day test so you can extrapolate a reasonable estimate from that number.

NK77, if you want the official figure for the cost of the 1st 5 day test run (and associated costs) then you need to look no further that the official company released RNS dated 19th March

Irispickles, more wishful thinking on the part of the Premmings, there's nothing been released to suggest let alone confirm Enprotec will be back on site this weekend.

Acker, the "providing we can start fairly quickly statement wads one of the key take away points from that interview, is he going to rob Peter to pay Paul? Who doesn't get paid if "fairly quickly" happens.

His dire management of funds is absolutely disgraceful, "shocking" (just for you Londuke) even. He either has the money to pay for the additional run or he doesn't, what difference does "fairly shortly" mean unless a significant bill that's due "fairly shortly" won't be paid. At what point do those creditors start serving legal papers and negating to Canmax offtake agreement?

Funds are clearly very very limited and I'm still "shocked" (just for you Ospreyyacht) that he hasn't raised using the available headroom.

Canmax must most definitely be playing out the final act of their game and leaving GR to suffer from his poor poor management of the project, sadly the premmings are the ones who will suffer the most and a Barclays pension for the call centre guy who suddenly became a business banker won't help. Back to PREM and it's great that people are finally managing to be in a position to bank some profits and I sincerely hope that some money has been banked.

Unfortunately for those buying at the highs, nothing has changed, the plant doesn't work and requires investigative testing, fault finding and remediation at a price. I remain "SHOCKED" (just for you Luthee) that the placing still hasn't happened and I can only think that Canmax are now turning the screws and demanding results before allowing a raise, alternatively they're happy he's got the plant to a certain point and are now playing hardball and taking away all of GRs options so they can take the plant in lieu of the debt, as I always suspected. Chinese are very canny when it comes to a land grab and this could well be preeenting itself as another.

Alert from where in that interview donyou get the impression they're producing a clean product? He openly stated its contaminated and they need to do more work to hopefully improve the grade. Staying on and sorting the problems is not optimisation it's fault fixing and problem solving. All of which costs money that the company doesn't have or is borrowing from one part to pay another. I think the words he used were "we have the money as long as it starts soon" so question is what won't be paid? Then there's the secondary float plant, cleverly distracted from by GR, do they have the money to pay for it? I've asked the question of the company and had no reply, I believe AlertRNS has asked and not had a reply, I'm sure many others have too. There's zero transparency with the finances aside from the announcement of the requirement to raise further funds. It's about time someone asked the questions about where all the money has gone rather than rely on vague statements in interviews and rns. Once the financial situation of the company is better known then it's much easier to determine if they're a viable investment opportunity. The interview today suggests that the latter is still some time and at least 2 placings away and by default the former is too.

I've been clear and obvious about my position, made a killing trading PREM since the RHA days, was a believer in the company back then, arguing the case much like you do now with the more pragmatic posters such as Crazycacti who knew their stuff then much like I do now. I lost a bit then but made it back and a whole lot more after learning how GR works.

It's all about understanding GR and the Premmings, the Premmings will buy on anything they consider to be positive news or an upwards market movement, GR will place at any opportunity he can. The only winners with PREM now will be the traders, I personally think PREM is just too risky even for a trade. I reckon anyone that bought Friday will be down 40% tomorrow when the placing is announced.

I could be wrong about it coming tomorrow morning but it's coming soon and not even the most die hard supporter cand deny that, GR has already told you it's coming.

How many times has GR used the words "reasonably comfortable" before and been found to be sitting on a bed of nails. Onsite testing whilst it may be accurate shouldn't be "reasonably comfortable" it should be "confident" or other such positive words

I'm with Shark41 on the Glencore front, PREM hasn't done enough to secure a binding contract, the LOI required production at grade and volume, which it's now clear they cannot do and won't be able to do anytime soon, additional testing is needed which will happen at a time to be determined. That's a red flag in itself, a time to be determined, what does it mean? When Enproteq have staff available? When PREM can pay for it? Whatever it means, it means it's not happening any time soon.

I think Martinigirl assessment of the RNS is pretty accurate and fair. The company has little to no funds available and this RNS was released to facilitate a placing, which will be announced tomorrow. At what price I don't know, but with the usual PREM discount and a bit added because they know GR is desperate maybe around 0.016, certainly not enough to pay the bills that need to be paid. Wouldn't be shocked if he also announced the AGM and consolidation at the same time.

Lots to consider for anyone looking to buy in for the future, lots of regrets for those that bought 68 million shares on Friday or own truck loads of shares from buying at much much higher prices.

For those that will get a Barclays pension for answering phones and transferring calls to more important people I guess they'll be regretting not listening to the educated stupid people who know you can't chart a company like PREM and are just guessing on their spreadbets.

1. I am looking at the bigger picture, dilution is inevitable, the plant needs massive investment, enprotec have been on site for over a year and nothing has changed.

2. Take of the rose tinted glasses, it's shocking that you cannot see what's staring you in the face.

3. Nothings changed, the plant still has front end issues that need resolving, tackling the back end issues solves nothing in the short term.

4. You don't know it will be OK. All the evidence shows that there's a lot more pain to come for shareholders

5. The money will indeed come and shareholders will be diluted massively.

6. Positivity is fornthe naive

7. Hold onto your cash or spend it elsewhere, there's no short or medium term prospects for investing here

Dazed I never lost money in PREM, quite the opposite as anyone with half a brain 8 years ago could see exactly what GR was like so could trade the hell out of it, which is what I and many many others did off of the back of RHA, Zulu is no different same issues, same GR, same promises, same rhetoric, same PREM but now just too volatile even for a trade.

Medjed, that number doesn't factor in future dilution which GR has already told you is inevitable plus all the other costs he has yet to tell you about and whilst 50 million may be a realistic valuation for PREM, the number of shares in issue will likely increase 5 times or more before any value is een by shareholders so divide your number by 5 and that's a good starting point
