PREM dilution on the other hand is nothing more than to keep the lights on and pay GR and family salaries and fees with whatever is left over to go towards the debts before he goes round and does it all again.

All the front end issues that exist still need to be resolved and won't be cheap, there's all the debts to pay, electrification etc etc.all of which will need to be completed before Zulu could possibly produce at grade and quantity and at a profit after the discount to the offtake partner. They've got all the immediate hurdles to get over before all of that which again will cost money they don't currently have so dilution is inevitable in the short term and then medium term subject to shareholder approval at an EGM post consolidation.

There's so much wrong with it that it will take months to resolve and all the while the kitty is empty and the company accruing additional priority debts it cannot, and apparantly is not prepared to pay.

GR just continues to show that he has non idea what he's talking about. Releases an RNS saying that the secondary float plant balance to pay as of 19th May was $500k and then turns around in the interview and says the whole cost of the unit is $250k.

Profitbags, Enprotec won't be doing anything if they don't get paid. You're right to be concerned about how PREM will pay staff, bills and mounting debts. Remember if anyone takes legal action against PREM then the offtake agreement with Canmax is invalidated.

Like I said before a CEO who was truly aligned with the shareholders would have only taken back the shares he sold and put himself back in the position he was before the loan.

He's now taken shares that they need to use to raise funds and pay the bills and then he'll be coming cap in hand to shareholders asking for more headroom, maybe to pay himself another 10 billion shares
