Anunnaki, your facts are wholly inaccurate. On 1st April 2025, PREM opened at 0.031p at close yesterday it was 0.030p so it's actually down by 3.27% over the period you claim it has risen 200%.

My facts are accurate and up to date. Perhaps you should refer back to your charts and change the size of crayon you're using as its clearly affecting where you're reading the numbers

Like I said belive me or don't believe me. Email GR directly at the email address I provided rather than using the generic contact link. Ask him the questions I suggested directly and then when he replies you'll know if I'm telling the truth or not.

Alternatively you could email him directly and ask the questions as I did and get the confirmation straight from him in person. Also ask him about the secondary flotation plant and if the civils for said plant have been completed and paid for.

There is no additional monies coming from Canmax,Glencore aren't interested in giving PREM anything unless they can prove stable production at grade and in quantity. You live in a fantasy world if you believe anything else.

George came across as confident, I agree on that, but he's confirmed to me that the financial issues still exist, he's not fully paid for the civils for the secondary plant, he hasn't paid for the secondary plant and he's had to divert funds that were allocated for other parties to pay for this second test run to try and achieve grades they achieved a year ago despite the plant having been turned off for that year.

There we have another of GR careful use of language by using the word "expected" Meaning he hopes it might but doesn't really know. Typical of the premmings to not be able to understand what's actually being said and make rash assumptions. Before my current career I spent 8 years as a Police Officer and on day one at Police school were were taught never to assume, it makes an ass out of u and me.

Sol001 last August without having spent money in inserts and 29 Enprotec staff running around site they produced SC6.2 so whilst SC5 is better than nothing it's not better than SC6.2 and if GR is to be believed the required modifications to the plant that this current test run will only achieve SC6.2, so you should really question why he's diverting funds from other things that need to be paid in order to pay for a test run that puts the plant back where it was 1 year ago in terms of grade.

Perhaps you should send him an email asking the question and maybe mention the secondary flotation plant that he still hasn't paid for that's supposed to be on site this month, and ask him why he has only partly paid for all of the civils work that's been requires for the secondary plant.

Sol001 so what you're saying is that the test run they did last week with all the modifications to the inserts etc has managed to produce an inferior grade to that which they produced 12 months ago. Doesn't sound like progress.

Hasiba has GR actually invested millions of his own money in PREM?

Adam, do you think that pathetic insults will provoke me into providing an answer to your question? I'd hazard a guess, but judging by your posting history here, you've made a bad investment decision based on little to no, or very poor research, perhaps believing everything the Premmings on here have said and believing what Noel told you in the telegramp group and you're now sitting on a significant loss on your buys, the 16 million you bought back in May last year have never seen a profit and that 32k investment is now worth about 13k, you clearly bought more before that so I guess you're now a bitter and twisted locked in shareholder desperate to see a positive in anything you can rather than seeing what's staring you in the face. Accept you've lost that money and will never get it back. Take a long hard look at what you're being told by the company, read what's being said and question what's not being said, that way you'll understand PREM and GR. Stop being a PREMMING and get a reality check.

I'm not mixing up my opinions, PREM don't have the money to do what they need to do, read the RNS of 19th MAY, do the maths against the numbers quoted there and then take that number away from the money they've raised and you'll see they're significantly in debt.

Enprotec aren't on site, the 29 that were left last week.

I've never claimed to work in the accounts department at PREM, something else you've made up, nor have I claimed they've moved money between accounts to pay for the upcoming required test work. What I actually said is they've "diverted funds from elsewhere to pay for the test run" and I do know this because surprisingly, I received a reply from GR to the email I sent the other day which has confirmed this, that's how I know this has happened.

Oh and I also know that the secondary flotation plant you claim is en route to the site, isn't and still hasn't been paid for, neither has all the civils work that's been undertaken for that yet to be purchased secondary flotation plant.

Shareholders are paying for it in the form of dilution and multiple fundraises.

The second flotation unit ISN'T being moved on to site, it hasn't even been paid for,I've no idea how you managed to get that fantasy into your head, but if they're lucky then perhaps Father Christmas will be delivering it in December, after the additional placings it pay for it.

Adam2479, does your "tweaking" fix the issues with the sorters, the masses etc etc that GR has highlighted to shareholders in precious RNS. In the most recent stockbox interview, when Mark said thet the inserts hadn't solved all the problems GR stated "It's a combination of a lot of things, it's not just that"

There's a whole lot more than just tweaking required, all of which is going to cost money that the company doesn't have. They've diverted funds from elsewhere to pay for this next test run, where are those funds going to be recovered to pay who needs to be paid and for equipment that needs to be purchased?

Steward, any JV with Glencore won't happen until such time as they sign a binding agreement, which won't happen until the plant is fully functional and producing continually at grade and quantity. That time is many months away so the company will require funding which GR has made abundantly clear will be made available through an EGM and a request for a headroom allowance. That number will be a big number relative to the consolidated shares in issue and I think it will be around 1 billion more shares so a significant potential dilution in excess of 100% of the shares in issue but that still may not be enough as there'll still be zero revenue.

Steward, once that's out of the way and he's done the consolidation there'll be around 850 million shares in issue, how much headroom do you think he'll be asking for at the AGM when you consider the debts (not including Canmax) will be in excess of $10 million and he needs to do additional plant fixes, pay for the electrification etc. MCAP of around $20 million he's going to need at least that and probably more can the market absorb an additional 200% dilution or more against zero revenue
