Biglad, they didn't have the money tonpay for the test runs, they used the moneybraised in the placing that was set aside to pay for the secondary flotation plant.

In March everything pointed to a Canmax takeover of the plant, I'll admit I was wrong about that but based on the available evidence, rather than pure hope and guesswork, that was the logical conclusion.

The Glencore talks have been going on for weeks now and still no news suggesting they're not willing to commit at this time until the issues with the plant are resolved. How do you propose PREM pay for the additional testing and equipment required? There's no magic money fairy, there's no access to traditional lending, they cannot leverage the assets so where does the cash come from?

Coldsteel, GH wasn't a coup for PREM, he was an unemployed retirement age guy looking for something to do. His mate GR offered him a shot to try and turn around a failing project and he said OK, he's nothing to lose, if it fails it's still all down to GR for going with Stark and against the scoping study, if he turns it around he's a hero, either way he gets to add to his pension fund and spend a bit longer in the sunshine.

Why not increase your holdings now whilst the price is as low as you think it will be? Are you not confident? Are you expecting (as everyone without premming glasses is expecting) an EGM call and a request for increased headroom followed by the inevitable discounted raise?

Perhaps Snowking or someone else close to the company could get some clarification as to the position of the company regarding the consolidation. They still have the authority to consolidate despite the 3 month deadline stated by GR in the AGM notice.

I suspect the going concern statement still applies so things aren't looking too rosy in that respect.

Steward, exactly what progress has been made in the last 3 months? None as far as I can see, the plant has produced a lesser grade product in the test runs than it did in test runs over a year ago. They still can't produce in quantity and the company is in a far worse position financially than it was back, shareholders have borne the brunt of massive dilution to raise £millions with no discernible progress.

Steward, conversely the premmings are myopic with their unadulterated belief that this project will be an imminent success. How many "production next month" "it's going to be a good week" "what if ......" "I've got a feeling" etc type posts do you read here. The facts are plain and simple as things stand, the plant is incapable of producing at grade and volume, the company has no money and will need to raise funds to attempt to move forwards. That's where things are and nothing will be achieved this year, maybe Q2 next at the earliest if at all

Steward you don't need to go to Zulu, just read the scoping study which provided a plant design based on tests co ducted on the ore body. A plant design that GR decided not to go with (most likely due to cost) and here you all are years later with nothing to show for the millions and millions spent and the massive dilution of shareholders

Those shares are simply for Canmax to maintain their % following any fundraise by the company and no other purpose.

Shipit, I'd suggest you go back to the AGM RNS issued in 19th May and read again what the 10 billion alloted for Canmax can be used for:

"....Canmax, at its absolute discretion, will have the right to receive partial repayment of interest owed by the issuance of new ordinary shares from this resolution in the Company, such that Canmax would hold 13.38% of the shares in issue of the Company on a fully diluted basis immediately following a funding....."

27 billion headroom issued at the AGM.

21st July 1,666,666,667 issued to GR

21st August placing of 6,000,000,000

Leaves a total of 34,166,666 shares as available headroom to raise funds.

There'll be zero movement on the Tungsten front until NIEF settle with PREM and then it'll take at least a year and significant investment to get RHA back online and potentially producing.

I'm expecting am RNS tomorrow morning confirming that consolidation will take place along with an EGM call for a headroom raise. They've no facility to raise enough capital to continue testing at Zulu and the OEMs will want paying as will the creditors, staff etc

Steward, the consolidation has to happen before Saturday as per the terms laid out in the RNS

"The Board intends to the file the certificate of amendment that will implement the Consolidation as soon as possible following completion of the Annual General Meeting and in any event within three months of the date of this resolution."

So many big weeks and big months promised by Snowking and yet so many disappointments.

RHA is a dead duck right now and will be for the foreseeable future. The fact Snowking has moved onto Tungsten and RHA suggests he knows there's major issues at Zulu and wants to exit his current position.

No matter what the price of W RHA is irrelevant much like Zulu when SC6 was close to $3000 and Snowking got mug punters to part with serious cash that was destined for home improvements or people that took out loans they really couldn't afford all on the back of his assurances of a good week or a good month.

We all make our own decisions but Snowking is a person of standing within the community and carries a certain amount of credibility and using that credibility to promote your own book in a share is immoral at best, especially when it has cost so many people tens if not hundreds of thousands of punds or more?

Ask yourself what reputational damage could occur if those who believed you and lost all that money decided to challenge you.
