It can't be stated any more clearly than that

Hasiba read the interims RNS. In clearly states that consolidation and an EGM Raise are required as well as getting the plant into production are required as part of the Going Concern statement.

Fellwanderer, you really should learn more about how trades are reported, there were over twice as many sells as buys and hence why the SP was down on the day.

The selling will likely continue and provide all those who believe of yet another opportunity to buy the bottom. Where's Snowking with his October will be a good month posts? Or has he been made inside for a possible conditional placing where another 100 billion shares are issued conditional on the approval at yet another EGM? Makes sense to try and get ahead of the market and then plead poverty and bankruptcy so shareholders approve.

GoldDuck, that same paragraph also tells you that they haven't managed to sort out the issues with the plant as they're still needing to decide if the secondary flotation plant is required in a primary capacity.

Hammered, perhaps if more of you had the integrity and honesty that Acker shows here then you all might see what's been staring you in the face for months if not years. Acker's correct I that Jaglith did call this exactly right and didn't deserve the abuse they received from many in here, and does deserve an apology for all that abuse. It takes a grown up mature sensible person to admit when they've done wrong, if you'd all listened rather than targeted abuse at those who didn't agree then you might just have saved yourself from losing money.

Yoglet,why would they want to save on fees? As a listed company they'll have a subscription and can release as many RNS as they like for no additional fees.

One thing all the supporters are correct about is that nothing has changed, PREM still have no money, the plant still can't produce at grade and quantity and massive further shareholder dilution is inevitable.

So consolidation and an EGM to dilute shareholders even further will be required AND one of the other options outlined.

Anyone for an after hours EGM notice? They'll have to do it quickly as the cash ran out a long time ago and those creditors may not want to wait any longer for what they're owed

According to the company the share consolidation when approved was to be done as soon as possible and in any case within 3 months. The 3 months ended on 6th September

Buglad, you've been told many times before but don't seem to listen. It's being done through the goodwill of the contractors, waivers and extensions to payment dates for other invoices and the use of funds previously raised to pay for the secondary flotation unit.

There's no money coming from Canmax or Glencore.

Probably not too much longer. Once the half year accounts are released and everyone can see how bad things are, they'll all want to be at the front of the queue to get what's owed to them.

Remind me, when was the Glencore LOI signed? When was GH appointed as MD?

Once again you've shown exactly how poorly researched you are into this company.

The accounts should be released by 18:30 on 30th September, they will show clearly that the company had no money at 30th June and I'm sure even you can work out the maths using officially released numbers of funds raised since that date and see that PREM still has no money.

Desman, you can't chart a share like PREM, it's too driven on sentiment and news, look at the volumes recently they've been pitiful. An accurate chart needs some sort of consistency which you just don't get with PREM.

Snowking, of course you care, how else could you make your trades if there were no buyers or sellers. If you don't care why are you here inferring good days, weeks, months with claims of potential 10 baggers if you buy these lows.

You care because you need to keep trading your position.

Snowking, there's no evidence anywhere to suggest 2 weeks, your belief is nothing more than yet another of your feeble attempts to sow some seeds of potential positivity where there is none.

The plant produced 6% plus over a year ago and no matter what tweaks were carried out it couldn't then and cannot now produce sufficient volumes consistently. Perhaps if GR had taken note of the scoping study several years ago and commissioned a plant that was suitable for the ore body then things would be different.

Biglad, Canmax aren't a lined up customer, they want their money back that's why they now require PREM to have a binding agreement for someone else to repay them what's owed, as they're fully aware that PREM won't be able to. As for advanced discussions, they may well be advanced but until PREM meet the conditions of any potential agreement they won't be going any further, Glencore (not Glemore) won't be taking on the best part of $70 million of debt on a promise or assurance that Zulu will produce a saleable grade in sufficient amounts.

Until that happens then there's no money coming from anywhere other than further shareholder dilution, you can talk yourself into believing any other fantasy funding scenario you like but the simple truth is PREM is funding these tests through the goodwill of the contractors and goodwill only lasts so long before it turns into demands for payment.

Jungmana, nowhere has the company stated that the test run will be for at least 2 weeks. You're making stuff up to try and justify in your head why they haven't released any test results as yet.

No news is never good news with PREM and we all know if there was the slightest teeny tiniest positive they could release they would have done so by now, 10 days into the run.

Nelly, that's not strictly correct. GH like GR is very careful with his words . "Achieved" implies some form.of success, however the recent tests have "achieved" an inferior grade to that produced over a year ago following the significant testing thatbtook place then.

"Demonstrate" and "Consistently" are ambiguous and show a lack.of confidence. "Prove" and "Continually" would show that the plant works as required and would show faith in the processes and the plant modifications.

There's a long way to go before they get even close to "consistently" a whole lot of plant modifications required and money needed to be spent and it's not going to happen in 2025.

The accounts (if released on time) will show just what a dire situation the company is in. On the plus side when the accounts are released Desman can "slaughter" the share some more and average down even further and Hasiba can get another truckload at a further discount.

Snowkjng, that's rubbish, you were in there all the time pushing your little agenda and persuading people to part with money they couldn't afford to lose with your promises of untold wealth after conversations and dinners with GR and the guy from STARK.

Jungmana, your research must have been pretty poor. If you cannot get even the simplest of facts correct then there's little hope for the rest of your research being accurate.

Alert, what balanced discussions are you referring to? Many times I and others have asked for counter arguments against our more negative opinions. I've posted many times with quotes from RNS, detailing what the uber positives won't admit to be fact and receive nothing but insults, no counter arguments, no fact based narrative based on the RNS releases or the interviews. I'm more than happy to be convinced there's an investment case for PREM but I cannot see one when looking at all the information that's out there.

It's clear and obvious that more testing of the plant will not resolve the outstanding front end issues such as the sorters, mag sep etc. The so far completed test runs have confirmed the plant is capable of producing a saleable grade but of a lower quality than the test runs conducted over a year ago. The uber positives see this as progress, I and others do not. Millions have been raised and spent, shareholders diluted massively over the last few years, more so over the last couple of years, yet bills haven't been paid, staff weren't paid for nearly a year, force majeure declared against contractors so that retention payments need not be paid, yet all those millions raised for equipment and improvements were spent and no progress made whatsoever. So far GH has just regurgitated the same old GR rhetoric, more testing, more money needed etc etc. Yet the positives won't accept that further dilution is inevitable.
