Sol, it would have been better for shareholders if that had happened. I'm sure I also said a lot of things back then suggesting that PREM was a bad investment (unfortunately I have better things to do with my time that trawl through 2 years of a posters history to fail to prove a point)

I'm sure you've got nothing better to do so have a look at the share price in February 2025 and December 2023 then look at today's price following the 10:1 consolidation and tell me that buying PREM shares was a good investment.

Mugwump, I'm sorry to hear you were persuaded to put all your money into this. Nobody has been derailing this stock, simply pointing out all of the facts that yourself and the others who were deceived into investing here couldn't see before and still cannot see. The lithium in the ground could well be worth gazillions but the plant isn't capable of pro messing the ore body and therefore no matter what additional bits of kit you add, which are yet to be bought and paid for because the company has no money, the plant is fundamentally incapable of producing a saleable grade of product.

If they switched it on right now, it wouldn't work, the boss man has told you that it won't produce the grades.

I don't remember GH ever saying January 1st but if he did then that's another lie from the company. I think he said 3 to 4 months after the second float unit was bought but than isn't likely to happen as the company a) haven't the money to buy the second plant and b) haven't the money to keep the lights on beyond 2025.

Therefore the value of the companybwill not soar, it will continue to fall to ZERO and your large investment which is currently next to worthless will in fact become worthless.

You have a decision to make, take the risk and hold hoping it doesn't go to zero, a Christmas miracle happens and your investment is worth slightly more than it is now. Watch it continue to drop to zero or sell out now and get what you can having learned a very harsh lesson in listening to an alternative opinion.

Why haven't they released the detail of that report? Is it be ause it's so scathing of the plant and the ore that they know the plant will never work?

What about that secondary (now primary) flotation unit that's essential to progress to stage 5? They still haven't bought it! Why? Because they couldn't raise enough money. The city have finally now seen that PREM just isn't worth the risk anymore, gone are the days of being able to flip a placing quickly off of the back of a couple of lies and broken promises.

Sol, Canmax will have zero interest in PREM, their investment in the company will now be written off and their interest lies purely and solely with Zulu, their advance payment is secured against Zulu alone and it is Zulu that they shall take from PREM when the longstop date passes and PREM have once again failed to deliver. Outside of Zulu, PREM assets are virtually worthless so Canmax wouldn't be making any offers for the business or ofcering PRWM shareholders Canmax shares. Yet another scenario you dreamt up and convinced yourself is going to happen. It must be nice living in you're little world, it's just a shame you're failing to grasp reality.

Sol, wake up and have your Frosties, you're dreaming if you think Canmax want to partner with PREM. They'll take zulu, write off their PREM investment and move on.

We're a week into December, the longstop date is a mere 26 days away. PREM have raised sufficient capital to keep the wolves at bay and pay wages. GH clearlymlaid out whatvwas required for stage 5 to progress and the company has fallen well short of that requirement. Where do they go from here? Traditional funding sources just aren't available, the offtake partner hasn't offered additional funding or increased their holdings, the third party LOI company hasn't expressed any further interest. Despite the hopes, dreams and wishful thinking of a number of people here and on other forums it's pretty clear now that PREM is unlikely to survive as a viable business. GH has done what he could and has protected his reputation, he can retire a happy man knowing he did what he could with the mess he was presented with. I suspect that there will be an RNS before the end of the month confirming delisting and the end of Premier African Minerals with shareholders being wiped out.

Toni, I cannot believe you still have the audacity to continue pushing this as a potential profit making mechanism for anyone investing. PREM has no funds, massive debts, no viable production facility and no future.

There's no chance LTHs will see their money back, you included (if as you claim you never traded this) nor will anyone buying now see a return.

Buying shares in PREM Is a bit like placing a bet on England to win the world cup at odds of 10/1. For anyone that doesn't understand betting, what that means is that for every £1 you bet on England to win the world cup, you will lose £1. For every £1 you put into PREM, you will lose £1

Alert, for once Snowking is correct in what he posted. If you had £1 million of shares at 1p 3 years ago you would have had 100 million shares. Fast forward to today post 10:1 consolidation, you would have 10 million shares worth just under £7k.

Sol, did watch the EGM and the Q&A afterwards? If you did you would have heard GH state that once ordered and payment made then the expected delivery date for the plant would be 30 days with a further 2 to 3 months to get it installed and tested.

Snide comments about matters you have no knowledge on do make you look rather foolish. Perhaps you should consider doing some more research into the company that you're so heavily invested in to gain a better understanding and perhaps then you could comment with some authority.

Acker has been pretty consistent in his posts on PREM, didn't time his buy back correctly but his thoughts on the WD40 have been well known for many months.

This has a lot further to drop, if they manage to avoid bankruptcy, next placing will be in the 0.02 to 0.03 region, assuming they can get on away

It might be the last round of fundraising. They couldnt generate the interest to raise the money they needed to buy the second float plant. Was this raise just to settle the outstanding salary bills before they turn out the lights?

I'm sure shareholders are extremely confused, frustrated and worried by today's RNS.

Confused because GH clearly stated in the post EGM Q&A that all the prep work for the second float unit was completed so what is this "initial preparation?"

Frustrated because GH made it clear that the future of Zulu and PREM as a whole is reliant on the purchase of this second float unit. He hasn't raised the funds to buy the unit.

Worried because GH has taken nearly a week to get a placing of 500k out of the way. Its clear nobody wants to take part in a PREM raise any more. Where's the money for the second float unit coming from?

Romanby, you're very much higher against those of us with a negative opinion of PREM. Rather than abuse others perhaps you could share your thoughts as to why PREM is a valid investment option for anyone looking in. What makes you think there's money to be made here? What are the immediate catalysts that will see a rise in the share price? What are your predictions for the share price before the end of November, the end of 20225 and beyond?

Please enlighten us with your in depth knowledge.

Radical, I don't believe anyone takes pleasure in seeing the majority of holders losing money, if those individuals had listened to the logical, reasoned and knowledgeable posts made by those of us that know and understand the company then perhaps they would have found alternative investment opportunities. I personally take pleasure in seeing certain individuals underwater getting everything that they deserve for their outrageous behaviour on here and in other forums. It will all be over soon enough when the company ceases trading and you'll no longer have to listen to the alternative non rose tinted, made up scenario viewpoints

Ballymena, difficult to say, I expected he would have done it by Friday at 0.05. Be cause he's delayed it, if it's done Monday then 0.05, if it's after Monday then I'm thinking 0.04 or less. The more he delays the lower the placing price. Right now he's negotiating the discount and the city boys will have the advantage knowing he's at least 4 months away from getting anywhere near production and he's desperate for cash.

Could we see a HE1 90% reduction placing? Probably not but whatever the price is it's a lth will never see their money back placing, even those who bought Friday might never see their money back now we know it's a minimum 4 months before there's any decent news other than plant arrived and plant installed.
