That we are taking Solgold to production.

Nothing has changed when he says he is not selling.

Yes we had two bids last week for Solgold.

The higher bid being 26 pence, which the BOD firmly rejected.

On the other rns's, they are just reporting what holdings certain companies hold.

We are all waiting to see what happens next.

Addicknt you know I have always said if we are bought, we will not be bought cheaply.

It's very simple if we are sold for under 80 pence a share, then I am wrong.

The diverse book stops us being bought cheaply.

Yes I admit I was surprised at the 26 pence bid.

But wasn't surprised that it was quickly rejected.

People since 2012 have been saying this will be sold within the week.

It has happened all the time and certainly people who didn't understand Solgold bought in at prices that they either sold out at a loss, or just about breaking even recently.

We still have some way to go.

Scrat you are correct, lot's of companies would like us on the cheap.

If we didn't have a diverse book, then that's what would happen.

We would be acquired on the cheap, because the price would be walked down over the year's.

However the best defence after the diverse book is to build Cascabel and take it to production and that's exactly what is occurring.

Nuclear is required for the UK.

But is so expensive.

Solar is now 41% cheaper than gas.

It's about cost.

Also nuclear requires high costs for building transmission.

Solar and wind doesn't and provides offshoots for other forms of microgeneration.

Current yield for nesf is 16.29%

Orit is the renewables part of octopus energy and not the company octopus energy.

I today would take 1 pound a share.

But after the budget, we are going to see interest rates falling slightly, and a lot of green companies have debt burdens, and you can pick some up cheaply with lots of revenue generation with 10% dividends and dividend cover above one.

Solgold announced the bid to the world through an RNS to show everyone we have interest.

However Chinese companies usually act in concert in order to obtain 51% of a company and then drive the share price down by issuing lots of shares that they then buy without going to the wider market.

Still retain an interest in BP as brought in again at £3.75

I know how the Chinese acquire companies on the cheap.

This is the type of tactic they use.

Yes Norge's holding is probably nominee accounts, but I am also concerned about any party that starts acquisition of shares and is large enough to state it officially.

I am also watching if Valuestone acquire more.

Addicknt they may well accept 80 pence.

If one came in at the moment, I would possibly accept it as it would net me close to a million in my ISA.

And their are lot's of bargains to be had paying handsome dividends.

However we don't have a bid of 80 pence.

The second RNS is interesting.

They might be building a position to sell to JCC at an agreed price.

After all they don't have to admit they are in concert until they would act in concert.

That's the point sharketmare it's up to the BOD not the shareholders.

You can always remove the BOD if the majority of shareholders disagree.

But I think they would reject 45 pence the same as 26 pence.

After all the long term interests of shareholders are now best served by taking us to production.

That's why I believe a hostile bid won't happen, because of the diverse book.

Whereas slug you are 100% wrong on everything.

That's why you can't understand the difference between a car that runs on hydrogen and you think it runs on water.

And why you don't understand mathematics and science as you refuse and don't understand climate change or you would tell us what part of the mathematics is wrong.
