He is partially right because he used Google, but because he doesn't drink these wines, he doesn't know how to serve it.

It won't require decantering, but will require serving two hours after opening at the correct temperature.

I have a wine cooled cabinet in my house, that holds up to 60 bottles, with two temperature zones.

So I can serve it correctly and it will taste great.

Actually Rich3r, I am a part qualified actuary which are the mathematians of finance and under certain circumstances you can tax your way to growth, as long as your debt isn't over 40% of GDP and your deficit isn't rising by more than Inflation.

Also you mustn't raise taxes that directly affect growth.

However you are right, we don't have that luxury.

I personally would freeze public sector spending for two years and reduce the deficit.

Two years should be enough to get the deficit within the inflation range, because by issuing controls on spending, we are looked at attractively in the bond markets and get lower interest rates.

Doesn't mean we can't offer public sector pay rises, but they need to be achieved through savings.
