Firstly todays fall
If you look at oil prices since last week they have fallen quite sharply, its quite normal then for small oil companies to shadow that drop, It is assumed that it will make profit margins less and of course shorters will short oil companies when a drop in oil prices. It often effects majors less but can also effect their share price if extended periods as it again affects profits.
Over the next few days fundamentals will be looked at with individual companies and price adjusted accordingly with news.
Todays news is positive, but those sat on the wall or intent on shorting will take the view and question funding it. Now funding this could be completely by another company, or we may have funds to go alone or do our share available.

The careful punters will wait until they are sure that no placing will take place. Personally i do not think we need a placing, but some will be cautious.

Testing, we were told loud and clear that testing was continuing at the last meeting. They were testing using different chokes etc.
Now until that is complete, you do not have a stable consistent flow rate to report.
It seems that someone else is orchestrating the testing and in doing so gaining valuable data.

So if a Major sat on side lines was telling us to do this and then do that, which gives better reservoir data, it could very well be part of NDA. The methods used may be unique to that major to enable best understanding, they may wish that the testing formula remains secret.
So really two very good reasons why we may not have had EWT.

Does anyone remember what Outrider were trying to take the company over for a few years back, i am sure a price was made public and it was pretty good from where we are now. We also have BHGE who want to be involved and i would suggest the EWT is continuing on the request / demands of the major who is sat on sidelines.

Before we see value here everything will be put in place, including the removal of a few inpatient shareholders. Mean while we had hope and Outrider again trying to gain control of FRR.

I keep saying it, YOU DO NOT FIGHT OVER AN EMPTY BOX.

The tree will be shaken many times yet, by Mm's, shorters and the big money guys, the weak will drop and the strong will remain firm. Zaza is almost aligned equally with us, i say almost because where these trying times stir up insecurity for some, he does have the info that keeps him more comfortable long term over the SP/ Mcap.

I would suggest following Zaza and that knowledge as he can not tell us directly, even thou as with EWT, the clues were given, when he said excited and better than they hoped for.

I been refraining from saying this but with speculation here is mine, its a story so some may ike it some may not but its my honest thoughts.
YA global had a deal with Outrider, the deal was a transfer of shares and an effort to keep the sp low.
Outrider wanted to keep the SP and Mcap low and force the company into a point where financing was dificult.

So all those selling that looked like transfers back in Summer were just that - YA to Outrider.
Hope on the BOD knew that with payments to YA and without some increase in production or a partner, FRR would soon need funding. This is where Outrider, having accumalated shares would come in and bid for the company offering a rescue package.
FRR were to pay YA but outrider still wanted shares, so using his inside position, Mr hope encouraged YA to still take shares.
At this time, FRR were aware of abnormal share dealing, in fact it had ordinary share holders investigating the goings on.
The presold shares that were not authorised, were the catalyst for FRR to finally call in YA and push for legal ramifications, this of course would seriously damage YA if they had been involved in wrong doing. They must have been as they quickly submitted to the claims.
FRR were not after the middle man, they were after the main man - Outrider and Hope. So as part of the deal YA had to confess the dealings of Outrider. Which they did.
Most likely this involved price manipulation with the share dealings and the outcome Outrider were striving for.

Since the accusations came out, YA have been buying back shares in 1m, 5m and 10m blocks, or someone like BH have been taking a small stake. Meanwhile Outrider, for reasons only known to them have began selling a large amount of shares. This could be getting rid of evidence, - shares they accumalated illegally or just off loading for cash they need, possibly for pending legal action.

Now please, this is just a story, i have no evidence that this is anyform accurate but its somewhere close to what i think is most likely. OUTRIDER again wanting Frontera
And so again why do they want it?

If you think the box is empty then ask yourself why two majors were interested, why one has signed a MOU, and then consider that a few miles up the road BLOCK energy are also talking about a huge gas field.
I would suggest that this box is a very large box filled to the brim

This is indeed FRR going to Court against Mr Hope and Outrider.

I would suggest we have some serious evidence of wrongdoing by these two parasites.

The Outrider / hope legal team will scrutinise the evidence and evaluate best way to proceed.

If evidence is weak or arguments are weak they would be more likely to try their luck in Court.
If they feel the evidence makes the chance of winning weak, then their lawyers will seek to amicably negotiate a out of court deal.
That deal could be the retraction of all debt owned.
FRR would have most likely submitted accusations - for Hope to have lawyers to read through.
It is very unusual to get time in Court without something to back your claims, Hope's lawyers would have questioned for reasons for the case, and tried to get it stopped, so it suggests that evidence has been submitted which is at least viable for a hearing.
We need to remember that Hope and Outrider have tried to take over FRR previously with underhand techniques. I would suggest that with Hope on the BOD, that he knew that time was running out if they wanted to make a move. At times like that, people like Hope make a rushed attempt and that is often a disaster. For them.
Where does the amount come from?
Several possibilities on that.
That short selling has cost the company more due to placings being at lower levels
Cost to shareholders - due to selling campaign organised by Outrider
Sharing inside information, like that info TW had earlier in year.
Perhaps a major was prepared to pay that amount to farm in, but only after Outrider dispute sorted.

Outrider and Hope are loan sharks, different leaque to Yorkville. They have history of under hand techniques to make a quick buck.
I do not think Outrider and hope will settle full amount, personally i do not see them paying a penny, but more likely is just wipe of slate clean and Hope resignation. I think first we will know that deal is about to be announced will be RNS of Hope's resignation, which i suspect will be part of the same negotiated deal. I think we can assume that those two have been well and truly caught with their fingers in the cookie jar. I also think Outrider are the seller and its to liquidate some cash. Previously it was some plan to fill their boots with our cash, now its to clear out assets.
I have a very good feeling about this - but not 56m payment.

Forgot to add, if Block estimates the gas alone is worth $600m and we had similar which is less than inside estimates, the gas alone makes us worth 2p a share, without oil.
The wording says $600m potentially worth to Block so that would indicate profit.

Just makes it all make sense, and just maybe we are all sat on a winner here.

Personally, when different companies are saying same thing i start to get excited
We have Exxon that are suddenly interested in hydrocarbons in Georgia
We have Baker Hughes who have seen more data than any of us and want to have a play in the field
We have a unknown major or supermajor studying data and soon to make its move.

Close to where we are you have Block energy and what they talk about is pretty much what FRR have been telling us. A HUGE GAS SOURCE.
Probably the same structure but i suggest we are better positioned than they are, i feel they are on the edge of a huge gas structure where FRR are sat very close to the sweet spot.

I think timelines are still blurred and it looks like getting house in order is taking priority before the news really starts to flow. I hope the seller is cleared before the second major and flow rates are released. I feel if too early we will see it sold heavily into. Personally i think that seller has been and is Outrider.
I would not be surprised if Hope wanted to cause us problems and then come riding in as a saviour to take over the company. Sooner he resigns or gets removed from the BOD the better. Meanwhile i am sat here quietly waiting and nerves are at a minimum. I think Zaza and SN have this strategy mapped out quite nicely and its in our benefit that this wait goes on, although many of us feel the patience straining at times.

This is action filed by FRR against Hope and Outrider, am i correct in reading that FRR are the ones asking for extension.?
If so surely i most likely that Hope and outrider are in talks with FRR to make this go away, or shirley we would be pushing to move this forward. In addition you are correct, i have seen nothing to show that Hope has been removed from his position. below is why i think its us in the driving seat

What you think about the Court case being about extension?
Why would i not be surprised if it get extended - which is normal practice, then before next case Frontera pay off the lot making no case to answer.
The other option is we have enough evidence against HOPE that we need more time and then come out of this owing much less than when going into it.
Either way - tomorrow should be a formality

In May 2017 Schlumberger entered Georgia, so it seems a major service provider going in first is the form horse that proceeds EXXON

Funny enough a major service provider has officially entered Block 12. But although news of 2nd major could drop at any time, it would seem it could be 15 months before Exxon really makes its move if that RNS is similar to what goes on here.

The point being:-
1 news can drop at any time, especially production and revenue
2. The life changing news could still be some time away - patience still required

Good to see Exxon Mobil signing cooperation agreement with government of Georgia.

The fact Frontera have mentioned this, when others doing deals in Georgia have not been mentioned previously, seems to indicate that this is somehow signifigant for us.
I really hope it is, or Zaza may find its rather hot under the collar in next meeting.
It would be known that this would cause speculation and so would be seen as deceitful, if nothing to do with us medium term.

The shorters can call us blind rampers as much as they like, but reality is we have researched and where needed questioned our own beliefs.

I got bitten by GKP and of course it makes you more cautious.

I think this seller ( or whatever) is starting to do my head in, good news and selling continues, more news due and selling continues and it just makes your mind wander.

YA made perfect sense. What was it that Outrider where doing that made company worry about them not working in best interest of the company. You can turn all that to what ever way you want, shorter do it all the time. Pretty hard sometimes to be part of this gang and many of us here have been on this rollercoaster so long its almost scary to get off it. Personally i have seen a huge spike on good news to see the SP back down in hours with YA selling. I have now seen excellent news with a Industry major and SP responds rather lamely ( compared to what it should do with such news) You then have confirmed super major ( industry) still in talks too, along with initial results that indicate huge upgrade in new explored Zone.
This should be well North of 1p on this alone.
The Mcap should be 500m easily with resources, with BHGE we can be confident of releasing the resources and the ability to push onwards has been increased.

I just do not get it.
Anyway holding, praying and hopefully one day will be rewarded for my patience. God its been trying.

Its billions of shares if reported accurately. Stranger too is way price holds so well, with such a huge amount if sold by one or two companies or people.

For a long while it made sense, YA. But now its even stranger as shirley cannot be YA. A holding rns should have been issues as its atleast 6-7% of company been off loaded over last few months

Admittedly if we take out what we believe was YA then the number is hugely reduced but still many millions.

So trying to investigate if possibly board so we can cross it off our list

That would mean Zaza sells 2 billion and gets notified when the order is complete and not before. So does not need to report until he get report saying the shares he put for sale are completely sold - then issue holding RNS

Shares being sold over months in substantial amounts, following hype and talk of JV and buyout.

It finally leaked that Todd had sold and he tried to take the worry away from shareholders by stating just his Divorce settlement.
He sold and handed over the CEO badge to someone else.
The company had already lost 75% of value by time we knew Todd had sold.
It continued its decline to about 1% of its high.

Sorry that this name causes anguish and bad memories but this is important subject.
Can it happen again?
