personally I think it's what for gave ya and Reuters new we gave them but not had it reported they sold them. I hope ya or someone else was accumulating but I suspect the above is more likely the truth

I posted that yesterday morning. it means ya have either not transferred any shares to their investment group. or frr have not allocated them shares. not sure if reuters is accurate on this or not it's either showing ya accumulating shares or it could be that allocated shares to ya are being shown and Reuters unaware if ya sold on or not. this rose by same amount as ya were given. obviously it's not confirmed that any have been allocated in last 3 months. so by Oct 1st nothing was sorted. it will be interesting to see if 15m seller pops up again today ... are ya still selling shares not allocated?

YA have two separate business One a loan shark type and one investment type
Now what Reuters seems to indicate is that YA hold almost 4.4% of company
Not even what Zaza holds.

Now Outrider were looking at a hostile take over using data they had access too, almost a hand in the till situation.
Could FRR had wind, that YA were trying to accumulate shares for themselves or another entity to force an offer on the company?
Did FRR realise this was happening and try to stop it.

Ya have kept the price down continuously for years and you wonder in what ways it benefits them.
After all, if your owed $500,000 a month in shares, then if those shares are traded at 0.1p or £1 makes very little difference. Unless of course you took price down doing it and then accumulated cheap shares, selling at say 0.36 and then buying back at 0.33
Now that makes profit and gives you shares

The share price and Mcap also matter on deals, JV, farm in and T/O
So maintaining a very low SP can really effect a price a company pays to do any of the above
Data will give some value, but a SP offer of 1p today for Block 12 would be jumped on by many invested.

If we were already up at 0.89p that offer would look worse and people demand a much higher price

Was it not around this time last month that YA started selling?

Now i am no expert , but may be FRR are paying YA and meanwhile YA are still taking shares and believe they are right to do so.

For this to be the case, YA must be using this situation to its benefit and to do that they must believe that until debt is repayed they have right to shares
FRR obviously believe that paying cash monthly takes that option away as agreed previously.

Now YA probably now play the " the money comes off the debt but we take it off the end of the debt and still take shares as normal until re-payed by both methods in full

So the debt gets re-payed earlier

That would be very naughty of YA, but if they gain from that and believe ambiguity in the documents means they can get away with it.

Thats all i can think of, but will try to clarify the situation in meeting

I bet that is what is going on thou, We will pay less months in shares but whilst YA are waiting to be re-payed in full they will rape the company for as much as they can, taking the cash amounts off the bill, but until completed taking also shares off the bill as originally agreed. So we are paying twice each month.

Not heard anymore about the full payment and default that they have requested, so have the two agreed something via lawyers.

This actually makes me more comfortable about FRR longterm, but annoyed that YA are able to play us in this manner

well, firstly for those who were on about Caroline St Cardiff.
A bit of a must do after a gut full of beer in the City and fun place to be.
However, many years ago i went there, when i was dedicated driver for the night.

Sober, i looked at the food my to be passengers were eating and smelt it.
Was totally different than when your drunk, in fact it was like a parallel universe, they thought is tasted and smelt good, where i found as sober, that it looked and smelt like something you wipe off your shoes. Never eat their since. Always check the rating and anywhere under a 3 i walk away from.

The meeting
I do expect a RNS before meeting, but playing it down to avoid melt down on here if one does not arrive.
My most likely timing is Thursday 7am right thru until a 5pm one after hours. Which would be great to catch shorter's with their pants down.
Now i am not sure if the RNS will be amazing, good, bad or indifferent.
I would suggest good as i can not see Zaza particularly wanting a hostile meeting, if bad news i would suggest it would have been last week to allow us to digest it then add something a bit better just prior to the meeting. That strategy is pretty common with management in many sectors.

What ever, i will be there to ask questions and see what i can learn
