I see the chunky Sells continue as this drops further. The trades at Bid are SELLS.

I honestly still can not believe the amount of selling that has been going on here.

Until Koovs come out with a trading update confirming that they have turned their failing business around, this will be stuck in the doldrums.

All the gains from the Amazon news a couple of weeks ago have been erased.

Bearing in mind that most of the shares here are tied up in safe hands (Institutions & Directors), with only a small amount in free float for the public, I am amazed at the amount of chunky sells there have been over the last few months. There have been no notifications, so I can only assume that no thresholds have been crossed or that there has been a large forced/ distressed PI offloading here.

Very worrying to see that 10p didn't hold.

Koovs in profit- lol- you'll have to wait a few years for that I'm afraid according to analysts Hardman & Co!

Getting in early is the trick, by then, this company should be worth well over £300 million £1 a share : )))))

Yachty- I have to agree with you. Koovs have been extremely busy in the background with Future Group. There is going to be a change in the boardroom with additions from Future Group. The RBI Reserve Bank of India is about to ok the Future Group finance deal with Koovs.

Future Group have been extremely busy themselves with the 10% sale to Amazon to be formerly announced tomorrow.

Exciting times ahead here for long term holders as Amazon will now indirectly own 3% of Koovs.

I'll give Koovs 12 months before they are gobbled up by Future Group as the e-commerce sector takes off exponentially in India, the fastest growing major economy on Earth : )

Jambon: Headancer... Currently koovs are not releasing anything to keep share holders holding....

What you really mean are 'traders', who only last a week or so & nearly always sell at a loss.

That Headancer only recently wrote that this will go viral once people realise that the Chairman here also ran ASOS.

I haven't laughed so much. These characters come & go. They obviously know very little in the companies that they 'trade' in.

I admit it has been very difficult to buy over the last few trading sessions. Only a few big sells like the 95,000 sell from a few minutes ago is making it possible.

Looks like the selling is now drying up & a few people are now taking positions here....

Very easy to Buy 100,000 shares at 10.288p & can also sell 150,000 shares at 10.22p

Considering that Koovs have invested over £70 Million in the product (brand), design, technology & platform, the current £35 Million market cap seems quite low.

Koovs have created a niche/ classy fast fashion brand from scratch. I put it on a par with Zara, chic, trendy & affordable.

It is endorsed by top influencers/ Bollywood & is now a household name amongst India's young fashion shoppers.

It is interesting to note that in TalygarnTom's excellent research note he noted that he wouldn't be surprised if Alli & Biyani hadn't already discussed a ball park figure given that Koovs could become such an integral part of Future Groups online e-commerce strategy.

I wonder what this ball park figure could be? Any thoughts TalygarnTom or anybody else?

Lord Alli has over 40 million shares, with a much higher average price than the current 10p.

I personally believe that all the bad news is out there now, well priced in & very oversold.

A positive forward moving statement, with a continue in improving margins, an increase in revenues, more store openings & collaborations, a strong addition of board members from Future Group (maybe someone else from the Biyani clan like Rakesh or Ashni), could propel this back up to 50p quicker than we may think : )

In a nutshell, the collapse of Koovs & the stalling of e commerce in India was mainly down to Demonetisation, where overnight, the Prime Minister Narendra Modi abolished the largest bank notes. Virtually everything was paid for in cash & hardly anybody paid any tax. People had to prove where they had got their money from.

As most online products were paid by COD (Cash On Delivery), nobody had any cash.

The problen then was that the likes of Amazon & Myntra had loads of excess stock as most customers could not get their hands on the new bank notes for months.

The big e commerce firms then virtually gave away their stock at 90% discounts or more.
Koovs could not compete with this & revenues all but dried up.

It has been exactly 2 years since Demonetisation & the sector has now recovered. Unfortunately, Koovs were trying to raise cash during this period & nobody would touch them.

They have been given a lifeline by Indias biggest retailer Future Group, run by one of Indias richest men Kishore Biyani.

Koovs are now going down the hybrid road & setting up concessions in the super uber modern HD Central Malls.

They are actively marketing again with Bollywood stars & social media influencers.

Margins are improving & hopefully revenues will too.

I am actually quite baffled as to who the seller/s is/are.

Remember, that a notification is only required after certain thresholds are reached.

Jambon is probably right, traders jumping in & out for small gains, but shares hopefully ending up in safer hands.

It is a real shame that actual true investors now have to get information off newsfeeds/ Instagram or Twitter in relation to Koovs, as they refuse to rns a thing or even engage with shareholders.

To be fair to Jambon, at least he is putting his money where his mouth is, with a view to a humungous payday.

He has great belief in the main men involved with Koovs, Chairman Lord Waheed Alli, Future Group's Billionaire Chairman Kishore Biyani & now indirectly involved via Amazon- probably the world's richest man Jeff Bezos.

Jambon is in rather illustrious company !!!!!

A very bitter & twisted guy who got it badly wrong with ASOS & has now got in too deep with a proper dog of a share (SOS: SOSANDER), pumping it right up with his lemming followers.

It's going to end very badly over there....

As the 'A' hole falls out of over valued Sosander SOS, Paul Scott @PaulyPilot is very, very unhappy with it going on over there. He has 2.2 million shares. It's an early stage small online retailer in a saturated market, with virtually zilch social media presence. He hates Koovs, but ironically, Sosander is an early stage Koovs!!

Other "metrics" for the record. A simple engine search for retailer and the social media platform, and then you follow the result, and this gives you this data. It's something that we can all track.

Quite a despicable response from a disgusting character. He wrote this on Twitter a few weeks back before deleting it.

Why is this fella so obsessed with Koovs?

I think that one of Britain's richest men Lord Waheed Alli (ex ASOS), one of India's richest men Kishore Biyani (Future Group) & now one of the world's richest men Jeff Bezos (Amazon) all of whom have a stake in Koovs are a little more clued up then that guy.

So half an hour has passed without a single trade because nobody wants to sell & the mm's are REFUSING to sell any shares.

This can only mean one thing : )))))))))))

Really struggling to get a quote at the moment with two different brokers.

Looks like they are struggling for stock & trying to scare a few into selling.

Can see a decent intraday reversal because of this......

Basically, this is just being traded at the moment.

I assume more serious investors are waiting on the side lines for concrete proof that Koovs have turned the corner after nearly going bankrupt a few months ago.
