As the 'A' hole falls out of over valued Sosander SOS, Paul Scott @PaulyPilot is very, very unhappy with it going on over there. He has 2.2 million shares. It's an early stage small online retailer in a saturated market, with virtually zilch social media presence. He hates Koovs, but ironically, Sosander is an early stage Koovs!!

He didn't even know what the 50% retracement theory was all about & didn't know how to find historical share price data for Koovs. Oh dear!

Do not know why Koovs are withholding their 6 month trading figures like they did last year. The market & shareholders are not impressed! Last year, large shareholders like myself pressed Koovs for an update, but were continuously fobbed off. December is just not good enough. That would be 9 months into the trading year.

I understand that Koovs are extremely busy working with their new strategic partners Future Group & are also gearing up for the busiest time of the year with the festive Diwali season fast approaching.

Lots of big Bollywood names & social media stars promoting Koovs gear.

The Indian stock market has no relevance with Koovs, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange.
As for a bear market, that is no excuse either. Didn't see Koovs rise with the Bull market!!

Jambon, with all due respect, the markets have not been impressed thus far with all the big talk from the Chairman & CEO over the last few years. The poor numbers have always corresponded to the decline in the share price.

I do believe that Koovs is about to turn the corner BUT must be more transparent with the markets & regularly update the markets. Historically, when Koovs have not updated the market, the share price has declined & they have released appalling numbers.

Lets hope they have learned something over the last few years.

adeje- as you know, I have been a long standing holder of this share. I stated before that there is a disgruntled/ distressed seller about & has been for a couple of months. Hopefully they will be done soon & are probably selling at a hefty loss.
Unfortunately Koovs have a poor history of keeping shareholders informed of trading updates. We are now over 6 months into the current financial year & not a word.
Hopefully the numbers are ok & margins have improved. They are going in extremely heavy with social media. Instagram approaching 500k & Facebook 2 million. Using big Bollywood names & social media influencers/ bloggers.

AWBOB- just keep writing to them- they might just get the message. Those holders that just sit back pretending that this company is being run properly are very naïve. Write to Jason Street at Hardman & Co & ask how they have got this so badly wrong thus far & why the market is ignoring their (paid for by Koovs) research.

Jambon- you really screwed up by publishing CFO Robert Pursells reply on an open forum- oh dear- he wasn't impressed! The last email I have read clearly stated the caveat at the end.

We are now 6 months trading into the financial year & nothing yet from Koovs.
The more detailed 6 month Interims will be in December.

Koovs really need to inform the market & it's investors as to how their trading is going.

The market thinks that Koovs is a bit of a joke. Just read the rns's since the CEO Mary Turner came on board, constant exaggerations & bullshit.

Koovs needs to start restoring its reputation by informing the markets of its progress.

I will never forget how they mislead the market & loyal shareholders like me by not disclosing any sort of trading update last year until 9 months into the year. They purposely held back poor trading figures, then released an absolute shocker. She should have been given the boot just for this, let alone for all her other shit decisions.
How she has never been investigated is beyond me.

The sooner Future Group get in their professional guys to run this company, the better. I hope she get booted out & loses all her share options. She deserves f- all.

Koovs have an appalling history of providing regular trading updates.

Lets hope they have the decency to provide a 6 month trading update, unlike last year when they purposely didnt inform the market until December, when they unleashed a stinker, misleading loyal shareholders.

Hopefully there will be some positive news moving forward.

I know that management have been extremely busy working with Future Group on how they will move forward together,

Future Group will also have up to two new members on the board of Directors.

I'm sure with the new members from Future Group on board, that Koovs will be more transparent & honest with shareholders.

Over the last couple of years, the CEO Mary Turner has done what she wants, having driven the company close to bankruptcy. Hoping the new guys will put her in her place.

oilhead- yes it is great news & finalises the funding. They did have six months to do it, so good that they have got it out of the way.
Demonetisation & GST (Goods Service Tax) hit the sector & especially Koovs hard. They would have learnt from this & hopefully come out stronger.
Not been the biggest fan of management, but Future Group will now appoint upto two Directors which will hopefully steer Koovs in the right direction.

Does anybody think that there is a closed period at the moment? There was an oversubscribed placing at 15p not so long ago. Todays placing was at 15p.

BUT there are no Director Buys sub 11p.

WHY aren't Institutions or even Future Group now buying on the open market sub 11p?

On the plus side, there were very good volumes today, but as I have said before, there has been a disgruntled/ distressed seller about for a couple of months who has been relentlessly selling.
Hopefully, they would have dumped their lot now.

Mr Market clearly not impressed. After 4 years of appalling numbers, lets hope for a half decent 6 month trading update. Looking for a decent increase in revenues & margins & a decrease in losses.
