I see your point graybird, Interims in December will mean that they can update for over two months for this period (1st Oct onwards).

I really hope that Koovs do not do what they did last year & have learnt from their history.

They waited until Dec 19th 2017 to release their Interims, right to the wire. They then released a horrific statement where the share price collapsed & virtually halved- see the 12 month graph). We are now way below those levels now & continuing the fall.

Am i the only one who is seeing what is going on here?

The share price rarely lies.......... unlike some of the rose tinted spectacle wearing rampers on here : )

Under Aim rules, any company MUST report within 3 months of end of period (30th Sept). So Koovs have until Dec 30th to Report.

Today Sosander released pretty good numbers to the market & its shareholders. It didn't wait until the very last minute. Sosander also released a positive moving post period statement.

Why oh why Koovs choose to hang on until the very last minute is beyond me, especially as the share price continues to collapse. Couldn't even hold 9p.

There is absolutely no reason for them to hold on to the Interims as far as i can see (although they are not breaking any rules)

Is a shareholder not allowed to criticise the company that they are invested in? Management of companies must love shareholders like you.

I don't wear rose tinted spec like some on here.

And don't pretend that you are happy with the management of Koovs. Your moaning on Twitter has got you a permanent block, has it not?

The posts that I had deleted were only stating facts. I don't appreciate posters on here misleading newbies with claims of big buys going through when clearly they were rollovers.

In fact I find it quite embarrassing that I even have to explain what rollovers are to some of the self styled 'gurus' on here.

Last years Interims (Half Yearly Report) was on Dec 19th. Just like they are consistent with poor results, I expect them to be consistent with the dates, so about 4 weeks from now.

Remember these are financials for the period from April 1st to Sept 30th 2018, where most of that period they were on the verge of running out of cash & really struggling with little spent on marketing, struggling with fundraising too.

Unfortunately, one particular poster is reporting every post/ poster that does not agree with his rose tinted spec views. I am not allowed to mention his name, but others can for me!

It is sad to see many naïve/ new traders are being taken in by posters who do not even know what rollover trades are, preaching to them about Koovs, a company they have very little knowledge in

Just to clarify, they were NOT buys, but a rollover trade where somebody's contract was up & they extended the period on their trade (by paying the spread & fees).

Usually easily spotted when two trades of the same size are conducted within seconds of each other at a slight difference in price.

The bottom line is that Billionaire Kishore Biyani's Future Group is the largest retailer in India, growing year on year.

I am still baffled why anybody is continuously selling rather large chunks of shares here when there has been a huge oversubscribed Fundraise at 15p

I've been speaking to contacts in India & they are quite impressed!!

Kunal Rawal is very clearly talking about his company, NOT Koovs!

I have said it before- the Amazon news is well priced in now. Future Group shares & Koovs shares both spiked up on the news. It is OLD news.

A bit like the newbie the other day who thought this would go viral once people found out that the founder here once ran ASOS!!

I actually do believe you Jambon, but if you think you could sell that many shares on the open market- you are very naïve. It would take weeks & totally collapse the share price. Koovs is a very illiquid share.

Jambon- seriously mate- are you not concerned about all these chunky sells over the last few months that I have been pointing out.

I know you're new to Koovs, but listen to a seasoned Investor who has been in this company for over two years.

EVERYTIME that there have been continuous large sells like this, absolute poor news has ALWAYS followed. That is the only thing Koovs have been consistent with.

Unfortunately that 175,000 trade was a sell at 9.95p. A delayed trade. The bid dropped quickly, very quickly afterwards.

Jambon, some people do not have a choice with selling. Institutions are stuck as well as very large shareholders like myself.
I don't know how many shares you actually hold, but I have a very large amount which are impossible to sell on the open market, with Koovs being such an illiquid stock

I agree Glen, something doesn't feel right. I have been here many times with Koovs, where the share price falls due to large sells, only for the company to then release a stinker (leaky, leaky!!)

Us shareholders are the last to me- that is guaranteed with Koovs.

Hey Jambon, I'm glad you agree with me- what makes you think they are trading better then what anyone here thinks. Mr Market is nearly always right as are the punters that get tipped off before shit news comes out.
