Have had a couple of replies from elsewhere too, but although they have been helpful, all state that they can not speak on behalf of Koovs & their strategy.

As for somebody being confused with my stance with Koovs, using the analogy of backing a horse hoping it would lose, think of it this way....
I backed my favourite winning horse that flagged, slowed down & lost. I am now asking questions as to what went wrong, hoping the owners of that horse would change their training & approach to the next race.

I mentioned this before, but certain ego's got in the way. We need to act together & let management know how we would like them to move forward. They might listen, they might not, but what have we got to lose?

We need to stop bickeing with each other & learn from one another.

I have been very proactive & have had correspondence with the company, Hardman & Co, Peel Hunt & other shareholders. I am NOT privy to any inside information, but out of respect will not divuge anything on an open forum like this. Some of you longer term shareholders know where to messgae me ; )

As you can see Pascha, Koovs are way ahead of their rivals when it come to social media. Some of the companies you mentioned were negligible & had no social media presence!!

I am a regular visitor to India. Your views are very backward & stereotypical. I am a regular visitor to India for business & leisure. When you step into Mumbai International airport or the Indira Gandhi International in Delhi, you wouldn't believe you were in India. On a par to Heathrow Terminal 5.

As for the malls, I have been to plenty- very similar to Westfield, but a lot safer!

India has massively moved on, especially in the last few years. The tailor remark is pathetic & ignorant.

I would much rather invest in India & have taken my money off the table with UK investments. The UK retail sector is in big trouble & that includes the saturated online marketplace. It has had its heyday whilst India, after a bumpy couple of years is yet to see it's full potential.

Koovs are absolutely smashing it on social media- streets ahead of their nearest rivals : )

Amazon India & Myntra are top of the tree with regards to sales. But it's Koovs who are taking control of social media exposure.

Good to see some decent buys this morning.

Just realised that Avni Biyani will not be allowed to buy shares off her own back as Future Group have parachuted her in.
According to the mergers & acquisitions law in the UK, if somebody acquires 30% of a company, a mandatory offer MUST BE MADE.

For whatever reason the Reserve Bank of India RBI is a bit slow in authorising the latest 15p batch of shares from Future Group. Once done, Future Group will own 29.99% of Koovs.

The Chairman Lord Waheed Alli who is massively down here (probably his worst ever investment) will have some sort of ball park figure in his head to sell this company, which has been nothing but a headache for all concerned.

I do not know what his break even figure is, but would guess it is near the 40p mark.

I'm sure we'll all take that any day!

graybird, I doubt if things can get any worse, but what do I know, I was saying that at 50p!!

The results were for a period ending two & a half months ago, a period where the company nearly ran out of money as nobody would fund it.

I hope that Koovs management take on board shareholders concerns. I sent them a letter with my & other large shareholders concerns, ripping them a new one.

We need to band together & let them know we have had enough!

Whatever graph you look at from IPO of 150p, this is in a massive downward trajectory, BUT if this was going to hit 5p again, it would have been today.

On the contrary, this performed strongly from where it opened this morning.

Hopefully there will be Amazon news out soon wrt Future Group. News on new stores & hopefully a few Director buys, now that we are out of the 'closed period'.

I have been a big fan of Future Group with their Central Malls (have visited 3) & Big Bazaar stores. Also a fan of the Biyanis- Kishore, Rakesh, Avni & Ashni.

Was spot on with the appointment of Avni, who can not buy shares until January.

Still no questions anybody wants to ask Koovs?

Everybody must be so happy with Koovs management & the way it treats its shareholders!

My worst fears were confirmed today as for the second year in a row, Koovs held out to the end & released a shocking set of figures nearly 9 months into the trading year.

I must emphasize that they did NOT do anything illegal.

They reported on a set of figures that could have been released earlier (period ending 30th Sept).

Shareholders must band together with ideas & lobby the Board or set up meetings.

We must be more active & show that we will not just roll over & take it.

We must demand more transparency ie 3 month trading updates like many companies do.

Demand more transparency via rns's, not clues & hints via social media.

Demand a better relationship with shareholders via Investor Roadshows

Demand to know why their House Broker Peel Hunt have said nothing for over a year when they had an 80p target.

Koovs now have a chance to start afresh.

We need to get our heads together & stop bickering on here.

If anybody else has any other questions, please add. The board needs to know that we are NOT happy.

The social media figures are also worrying me. Why didn't they translate to increasing sales?

I wonder if the figures are correct. They have over 500,000 followers on Instagram, but only less then 10 followers bother replying to most a lot of posts.

A lot of social media accounts like Twitter & Instagram are full of spam. I wonder how many 'followers' are actually 'real'?

Avni Biyani is the DAUGHTER not son of Kishore

I mentioned a few weeks ago that it could be one of his two daughters, but somebody complained about me & got all my posts removed.

Anyway, we need to bury the hatchet as we're on the same side. We need to put pressure on management as a collective.

As I expected the numbers were absolutely appalling.

I had my concerns about the way the company was being managed, but was constantly reported leading to a suspension. Most of my posts were reported & removed.

Look at other companies who reported at the last minute, MySale, Superdry, Bonmarche, SportsDirect- they all released stinkers.

I was also concerned about the constant seller offloading 100k chunks continuously over the last couple of months, but was accused of being a paid basher/ shorter.

I am a large holder who is rightly critical of the company, but too stubborn to sell at a loss.

I was right about the first store opening in Gurgaon & also right in suggesting that one of Biyanis daughters could come on board.

I have been here over 2 years & know the company very well. Can I suggest that genuine share holders work TOGETHER in putting pressure on the board & letting them know how we feel about things.

I am prepared to have a meeting with the board (transparency is my main issue) with any others & am willing to put any differences behind me.

I really would like to see some Director buys now.

My bet is that Avni Biyani will announce a purchase pretty soon..... ; )

I wish Koovs was sleeping, but unfortunately it is still declining. The 100,000 SELL along with other SELLS since are contributing to the decline.

So mercedesman, yesterday you said to expect results in 14 days. Today you imply it is the 14th.

Which one is it.

The reality is that nobody knows. All Koovs have stated is that they will be released by year end.

Spencer- is that the same Harebridge who helped set up & be the very first poster on the Boohoo thread (post number 1) way before the heard arrived.

I have it on very good authority that he had a few million shares averaging 24p!

The #stepintokoovs Koovs ad campaign has been very interesting.

Although this will not be seen in the Interims (6 months to 30th Sept 2018), it will bode well for future trading statements.

I very much doubt it. You've just arrived on the scene- a classic pump & dumper who is in it for the short term.

I guess you've realised you have made a mistake here & will move on to the next big thing very soon before you start your pump & dump campaign there.

Saying that Interims will be out in the next 14 days is purely misleading & speculative.
