Sound very much like matey boy Pascha who also came on here saying that Cover Story was failing & losing money- then got totally owned after being told of 100% growth together with both offline & online expansion.

Avni Biyani is highly successful in her own right, not only with Cover Story, but especially with Foodhall, which is growing massively.

I must admit I got the store opening right in Gurgaon before that was released & was also spot on with Avni Biyani joining the board.

The only way Koovs will survive will be through the hybrid model & the big players in India are now adopting this, Myntra, Amazon et al.

The Koovs online model failed spectacularly. When the FLFL deal was announced, Koovs through the July rns stated that Future Group operates close to 2000 stores. One could only assume then that there would have been more of an offline presence, than the current 2 concessions that currently exist.

The Biyanis must be looking at every aspect of how Koovs is being run. Kishore, Rakesh, Avni & to a lesser extent Ashni are all extremely successful.

I believe that they will turn Koovs around, but there must be Board changes at the top fo this to happen.

The last couple of AGM's have been in October. I believe that shareholders want answers way before then!

So now we know that Pascha lied about Cover Story failing & losing money. That article shows that it is growing at 100% & about to break even, expanding rapidly both offline & online.

It is a bit weird that Future Group have a very successful retail name with clothes designed in London & now have Koovs. Does anybody else think that there is a slight conflict of interests here, as both are a very similar brand albeit one being successful & run properly.

Koovs need to be pushed to reveal the direction that they are going in wrt their relationship with FLFL. Some kind of Investor presentation would not go amiss.

A bit like the lie that Robert Pursell & Mary Turner founded ASOS, that rollover trades were in fact Buys to ramp up the stock. The list goes on & on.

I didn't see you get the date right, or the store opening either. In fact I don't see you contribute much on here in the way of research. You just argue & bicker with other posters all day long & are not capable of having a meaningful conversation.

Matt- well done, yes, the Tweet was spot on, queried it & got it confirmed, March 27th 2019 to complete the second Investment. Looks like we were all wrong footed!

Joe, I don't believe he is a shorter. He uses the same story under various handles on ADVFN, but his audience has dried up over there, hence he's spouting his bile over here. Has a massive hatred for the company, to the extent of making up stories. Has not got a clue about India.

You obviously haven't a clue about tailors in India. I have used them to make Sherwanis & bespoke suits. They do not copy Bollywood stars & deliver to some rich kid the next day. The rich kid goes to the modern malls & buys online- simples.

Can you back up the statement about Cover Story failing & losing money so that I can add it to my research.

I am interested in revenues, margins, profits (if any), debt, liabilities, growth etc.

could be worth downloading their App, it's very easy to navigate & gives you an idea of what they sell, promotions etc. Also keep a regular eye on their Instagram.

What I don't like about the way their Instagram is run is the over promotion of Non Koovs items. Today they are plugging Femella. Prior to this their last dozen or so posts promoted thecaistore, Femella again, Tiktauli, intoto, Koovs, converse, coverstory, LaSula, koovs.

As for technical analysis, it can be a helpful tool in certain circumstances.

I used to regularly technically trade on FOREX, a couple of indices & commodities. AIM is not liquid enough with poor spreads.

Even then, it was only worth trading at certain times of the day. I found the longer timeframes with daily candles to be a little more reliable, but set ups were few & far between, with positions sometimes remaining open for weeks on end.

Moving down to lower timeframes, even 5 minute candles provided many more opportunities, but the volatility was horrendous with spikes & 'fake-outs'.

It soon became clear that being a retail trader trying to technically trade was nigh on impossible. Robots/ Algorithms totally control the markets now, so I let funds with mathematicians & physicists on the payroll deal with it now.

Thanks Paddybear, it's a shame a lot of research gets drowned out by the continuous bickering & insults from a particular poster.
I have always mentioned that we need to pool together with our collective knowledge & question why Koovs has got itself in the position that it is.

I am though a lot more confident in the current situation with Future Group on board. Koovs just haven't relayed to shareholders what they're actually doing in this regard. Opening one token store in 3 months is not good enough.

Yes I agree that there is definitely a discrepancy between the more knowledgeable long term holders than the more naïve newcomers who don't know the management as well.

A simple litmus test would be to read the CEO Mary Turner's statements over the last two & a half years and correlate that to the share price in that period (near 80p to 8p).

Then draw your own conclusions.

You really need to stop attacking every post of mine for no reason.

I actually agree with you about the management. Under the current CEO, Mary Turner, the share price has had a range from nearly 80p right down to 5p, now settling at 8p.

What amazes me is that there are a hardcore element of 'supporters' who think that management are great & spend all day arguing with other shareholders.

Under the right leadership, I do believe that Koovs can do well.

Ok, I get all that.

But can you now answer my original question?
Are you still a holder from IPO? I take it you must be about 95% down on your original investment.

Can you confirm that you still hold shares here? You have stated that you have been in for 5 years, but other times you have stated that there are companies out there that actually make a profit.

You make out that Koovs is a basket case that has no future. Why are you still a holder then?
