Lord Alli has 43 million shares.

you reckon he has invested £20 million pounds. I make that an average of 50p per share.

His last 10 million shares were at 15p, prior to this was a chunk at 25p.

Unless you can prove otherwise, please do not mislead new holders, it's not fair.

Another large sell of 114,943 share went through earlier. I did ask if anybody has noticed these large sells over the last few months- any thoughts?

There is a way of selling shares that you do not hold, it is called shorting- look it up! Although I must emphasise that I do not believe that FLFL would short this (before I get reported).

As for 100p by April, that was a typo- I meant 10p : )

Another 100k sell has gone through albeit on low volumes.

I mentioned this the other day, but it was drowned out. I am becoming increasingly concerned at the regular 100k sells that have been going through for months now.

It has ALREADY been agreed. Surely FLFL will shoot themselves in the foot if they obstructed it as they already have a large chunk in Koovs.

The Reserve Bank of India just has to formalise it & have until the end of March. Why would there be a problem?

The reason I know that the rise in Instagram followers has not impacted revenue positively is quite simple really.

During H1, instagram followers rose & revenues dropped by 40%

I agree with you Cyril that sales is what we want. Because of no forward looking statement & a lack of news, it look likes like we are now just scratching about for any kind of information. I'm not even bothered about Instagram numbers anymore as the rise had no impact on revenues.

As the share price falls below 8p once again, you'd think the management would try & update beleaguered shareholders with at least something.

In all my trips to India, have yet to see an iPhone.

Koovs seem to be getting the technology right, now let's hope this translates to increased revenues & margins.

When I last checked, it wasn't illegal to change ones mind about management, especially when you see the share price fall from 80p to 8p.
