Glen, AIM rule 18 states that Interims MUST be reported within 3 months of the period end.

So Koovs have until the end of December to report.

All I asked was 'Would anybody like to discuss why there is continuous selling at these low levels with news just around the corner?'

It's a simple question. Why is everybody so defensive as if nothing is happening & everything is ok

What is wrong with a contrarian view.

I can never understand why people only look at one side of the story.

If this a stonking buy- are you buying at these levels, because I don't see much buying today.

Unfortunately, I thought this was a stonking buy at much higher levels, but the company failed to deliver (hence the collapse in the share price).

Looks like most of the pump & dumpers have moved on to the next big penny share as they continue to sell out at a loss- disappointed that this wasn't the next 'ASOS'.

One has to question why there is very little interest here at these low levels. Before you report me, have a look at the graphs in every timeframe from IPO- this is near historically low levels.

This is an orchestrated drop on low volumes. Market makers know that news is due & are trying to accumulate some shares.

It isn't NT to buy for no reason!

You're not the only one James. Lots of people seem to get caught out with the spike with Koovs.

One day hopefully, it will spike up & stay there!

As for 5p, I very much doubt it. This generally falls on low volumes.

Once the large seller is done, I'm sure this will recover in style.

For whatever reason the 15p Future Group shares have not gone through yet (fact, before you report me).

Also unfortunately for us long term holders, the buyer is still offloading (fact, look at the trades before you report me). So not looking good at all.

I have to state 'facts' after every statement now, as somebody & his followers has a habit of reporting all my posts view a view to getting them removed & me banned.

I'm baffled as to why the selling is continuing hence the drop in the share price. There could be transformational news very soon on a couple of fronts.

Lol Joe, yes 9.7p was the official closing price, but no individual bought that tiny amount of shares & you might as well ignore. Trading will resume at 9.0/ 9.1

Although some on here are very naïve/ inexperienced & can't handle the truth, I have seen this time & time again & been around a very long time. Let's see what happens on Monday morning & apologies will be accepted then.

There are a lot of disingenuous posters on bulletin boards, who have a very limited knowledge of trading who just can not decipher what sort of trades are going through, whether they are Buys, Sells or rollover trades. Market makers do not help as they move the mid price around so that Buys look like Sells or vice versa. I still can not believe they are allowed to delay the time when trades happen.

With demonetisation & GST out of the way, the e commerce sector in India is finally picking up, hence the likes of Walmart & Amazon battling it out for market share.

gggg21, yes you're right, am still holding a rather large amount of shares.

Yes, I have been a vocal critic, but will not discuss any further for various complicated reasons.

I have monitored Koovs since IPO as it was in the sector I am interested in. I have followed it from 150p IPO to 5p. I know the company, sector & the country pretty well.

I also speak to other large knowledgeable shareholders.

Just because a shareholder has criticisms, it does not mean that they have sold out or are deramping. I enjoy debate, which unfortunately i can not have on here anymore.

I've actually learnt more from my private discussions with other shareholders, but occasionally see someone on here that is pretty clued up.

Unfortunately Babbler- this means that a drop is coming up. The pumpers have made their few quid & now moving on to the next big thing out there.

See it all the time with Koovs, a pumped up spike followed by a steady decline.

Let's not forget that Koovs actually have a working relationship with Amazon. Koovs sells over 700 products on Amazon owned Souq.com the Middle Easts largest e commerce platform.

Not sure if they make any money with this venture, but at least it is increasing its brand awareness, especially as there is a large Indian diaspora in the Middle East.

So the answer is 'none' so you say you will ditch.

I suspect you have already ditched at a hefty loss though as you stated you bought in at 10.4 & saw this drop virtually every day for two weeks without posting until yesterday.

Wolster, just to clarify, Amazon have NO interest in Koovs. They are trying to tie up a deal with Future Group. Koovs is a by product because it will soon be 30% owned by Future Group.

So there is an indirect connection which will definitely benefit Koovs in the long run.

We take Amazon for granted here, but in India, you have to remember that internet penetration/ online purchasing is still low.

Amazon is investing Billions into infrastructure & logistics in India, a nascent e- commerce country. It is where Indians will probably make their first online purchase, whether it's a set of headphones or a phone case.

Once the consumer is confident with online purchasing, hopefully they will move onto the likes of Koovs who not only have a better customer satisfaction reputation, but a far superior niche product than anything Amazon can offer.

Yes a re-rate is well overdue. There will be a plethora of news from next week hopefully.

Been reading all the Amazon news from yesterday & it all looks very promosing.

As you know Cyril, I have been putting up research here for the last two years & know the companay, sector & India very well, but unfortunately, a particular poster has taken it upon himself to report virtually everything that I have to say. Maybe he just wants to be King of the buletin boards : )

I agree that the Interims will be very, very detailed with hopefully a positive forward moving statement. Not sure if all the Future Group shares have come into circulation yet.

Strange how it's all gone quiet with the Amazon news. Awaiting a reply from Future Group re this.

The fact is that nobody knows what is going on currently with their performance.

Koovs have stated that up to two members from Future Group will join the board. This will be done AFTER the finalisation & issuance of new shares.

This has NOT happened yet contrary to what some may think. For whatever reason there seems to be some sort of delay, probably red tape (plenty of bureaucracy in India) by the Reserve Bank of India RBI in dotting all the dots & crossing all the t's.

Once the issuance is complete, expect to see an announcement of new board members.

I am hoping that Kishore Biyani's cousin Rakesh Biyani, head of Future Retail who has day to day control of Future Group's sprawling retail business takes a seat.

Also maybe one of Kishore Biyani's capable daughters Ashni Biyani or Avni Biyani

AIM is full of fickle short term traders, most of who lose their money.

Unfortunately, many are disillusioned here for various reasons. Every now & then there is a concerted pumping effort where the herd arrive. They soon sell out at a loss.

It is worrying to see that there has been relentless selling over the last few months. Every single spike has been well sold into & we are now below the price pre Amazon news pump.
