Although not the biggest fan of the current CEO MARY TURNER & her sidekick CFO ROBERT PURSELL who nearly bankrupted the company, the Chairman Lord Waheed Alli is a man of vision. He saw the opportunity in India four years ago, just like Tiger Global, Accel & Softbank did with Flipkart- now taken out by Walmart.

Now one of the world's richest & most successful investors, Warren Buffett enters India. He missed out on Google & Amazon, but will not make the same mistake again.

Hey gimme- brilliant research- lets hope it equates to sales!! I used to use alexa religiously, but found it quite misleading as it definitely did not correlate to an increase in sales.
There seems to be some kind of news blackout, but hopefully at the end of September, they will give us an idea of how the first six months of the trading year went. Not only are we looking for better than expected sales, but more importantly, an increase in margins.

Jambon, just stick to facts & figures & you'll be alright. Just don't come on here making things up like the ASOS nonsense.

That is one of the funniest things that I have ever read!
As you seem quite new to trading, let me tell you that it was the CEO for 15 years Nick Robertson who built ASOS. Mary Turner as Non Exec Director did not last long & contributed very little. As for Robert Pursell- he was probably still at Uni & may have bought the odd hoodie from their website.
You just cannot come on here making things up, you make yourself look a bit stupid & very amateurish. Who knows what else you have made up?

You're going to have to stop embarrasing yourself on Public forums. Mary Turner was only a non executive director of ASOS. She had nothing to do do with the day to day running of ASOS. Just like Emily Sheffield is with Koovs.
Robert Pursell didn't even work for ASOS!!!!

According to Jason Streets at Hardman & Co, EBITDA earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization used as an indicator of the overall profitability of a business to go positive by 2022.
CEO MARY TURNER has put back profits year after year.
So do not expect a dividend for at least 4 years if Jason Streets is to be believed. Remember that he has put a valuation of about £300 odd million on Koovs at the moment, valuing it at about £1 a share.
The problem we have is that the market does not believe a thing that Jason Streets, Mary Turner or anybody at Koovs has to say. It is all to do with the history of exagerations, waffle & BS.

Jambon, I don't think that you are understanding me. I know that you have just arrived on the scene & are in deep poo with this one. I know management quite well, having had much correspondence. They refuse to talk to me now, as I have called them out on many occasions.

As I said before. EVERY single time that there has been a collapse in the share price, us shareholders were the last to know why.
If there is another reason this time, as I said before, I will go staright to the FCA with all the correspondance I have had between myself & the company.

In fact I will say that I have called them out so many times over the last two years, that they refuse to reply or return calls to me now.

Jamabon- myself & other large shareholders have had correspondence with him for quite a long time!
What crap have I posted? Take off your rose tinted specs & smell the coffee. I have stated facts going back over two years, well before you arrived on the scene. I know the company & how it operates very well. I also have an excellent understanding of what they think of shareholders.

To be honest, I couldn't care less if you sold- what difference would that make with me??
Most of the clowns that post on bulletin boards do not even hold shares.
Everything that I have posted is fact. You may not like the truth about the management, but that is how they roll.
As for the company getting back to anybody with their concerns- forget it!
I have been in contact with other shareholders who have NOT had responses back from Investor Relations.
They could not give a hoot about their long suffering shareholders.

Jambon- also take this critical message on board.
I along with many others have been a long standing/ suffering shareholder who has been reeled in by the lies & exaggerations of management here.
Virtually every time there is a sell off & the price collapses, they pretend that nothing is wrong. POOR NEWS ALWAYS FOLLOWS. We are the LAST to know.
What does this tell you?
The answer is that someone in the company is probably leaking information.
It happened with the delay of a trading update last year, it happened with the lack of funding. I wonder why one of the founders Robert Bready jacked it in? He saw the writing on the wall.
It took months for Koovs to notify the market & that was only after us shareholders contacted them.
It was us shareholders that informed Koovs of HT Media dumping shares. They reckon they didn't know.

IF ANY BAD NEWS FOLLOWS THIS COLLAPSE THIS TIME AROUND, I AM GOING STRAIGHT TO THE FCA!!!

Good luck Jambon, I'm sure you will return real soon. Just because some of us holders have contrarian views doesn't mean that we have sold out. I am a very long term holder & know exactly how this lot operate. You will learn this too in due course.

the problem you have now is that you're in very deep, but only realising now what clowns are running this outfit. You really should listen to us long term investors who have extensive knowledge of the company. It was me who notified other shareholders & of HT Media's 10% exit from Koovs last year, not Koovs!!
They failed to notify shareholders of their struggle to raise funds last years, but those in the know sold out all the way down to 5p.

They have a history of poor communications with shareholders.At the right time, i will share all my correspondance with them. With you too, if you want.......
