My gripe is with the current management CEO MARY TURNER & CFO ROBERT PURSELL. I was hoping that the new Investors on board would have got rid of this calamitous duo who nearly bankrupted the company.
Anyway, it looks like we are stuck with these two clowns for the time being.

What happened to the house broker Peel Hunt their targets. Used to be 100p, then 80p, then they gave up.
The arrogant staff over there Dab Webster/ George Sellar will not deal with/ talk to retail traders.
Shame really, as I would like to see their research note. Were accurate with Boohoo. Hardman & Co lack credibility, as nobody really payed any attention to their research notes. They mislead investors with a 25p placing, when in reality it was 10p/ 15p.

Why guys like him post on bulletin boards when they don't even hold shares is beyond me. I suspect he is one of the 150p IPO crew who lost out in the early days & are just trying to make themselves feel better with this behaviour.

I see Predators is still spamming the thread with his non stop nonsense. Even a broken clock is right twice a day, so don't bore us with how great you are. You know nothing about fundamentals & even less about technical analysis. Only a fool would try & use this on an illiquid AIM share like this.
Anyway, as always, just had a very small top up of 9,148 shares at 13.03p showing up as a sell. Every time I thin I have topped up near the bottom, it falls even further!

Jambon, as I said before, those Finals are for results up to March 2018, which as stated are going to be extremely poor. I'm interested in this financial year. I want to see regular trading updates. End of Sept should give us a trading update for the first six months, april, may, june, july, august & September.

I wouldn't listen to her too much. She has mislead Institutions, Investors & shareholders from the day she joined with her big talk & waffle. Has not delivered. I was hoping she would get the boot, but Alli has faith in her.

The Finals in September were for figures for the year ending the previous March. For Koovs to give their first trading update of the year in December was unacceptable, nine months into the financial year. Shareholders voiced their anger & concerns at the time, but fell on MARY TURNERS deaf ears. She is a complete joke.

Of course you don't hold any shares & obviously didn't buy near the bottom. I suspect you are one of the clowns from the other thread who got stung at the IPO 150p & have never got over your terrible trading decisions, instead blaming everybody else but yourself.
Anyway, there has been a huge seller over the last several weeks. Koovs are keeping pretty tight lipped. It is NOT a personal Investor. There is a huge sell order going through, I suspect from one of the Institutions.
The CFO ROBERT PURSELL is fibbing when he says that they have to notify the market. They DO NOT, unless a threshold is crossed- fact!

I wouldn't hold your breath for a trading update whilst the disaster of a CEO MARY TURNER (who nearly bankrupted the company) is in charge.
She didn't update the market last financial year until 19th December. That is over 9 months into the trading year. Shareholders were disgusted with her when she released abysmal results. Talk about misleading the shareholders.
Shareholders deserve to be kept notified. She is a liability & reckless & I still can not believe this idiot is still in charge. Mind you, she has had plenty of holidays & collected loads of air miles flying out to India every other week

Not interested, Tom. I've done lots of research on Koovs, including the recent placing documents. It's complete junk right now. If that changes, in terms of financial viability, then I'll revise my view. I don't waste my time on speculative ****e, sorry.

This angry little foul mouthed bloke has always had it in for Koovs. He has never been granted an interview with them. I doubt very much if a billionaire (Biyani) or a multi millionaire (Alli) have the time to meet some small time commentator, even if he is sober.
He has not got a clue about scaling up growth & uses old skool metrics to put valuations on tech companies. Clueless about nascent industries.

KOOVS is gaining traction in the fastest gowing major economy on Earth, the last frontier of e commerce where the average age is 29, in a population of 1.3 Billion. This young consumer is very tech savvy.

Spot on Jambon. That Investorman is a classic case of how a troll evolves. He buys at the high on his own admission, then sells 20 minutes later at a loss. Insread of blaming his pathetic strategy, he blames everybody else. Pascha is another as is Predators. You will find these characters posting non stop rubbish on ADVFN day & night. They are bitter & twisted traders who make up the 95% on AIM who regularly lose all their money.

Makes me laugh when all these characters appear on bulletin boards who can not back up their arguments.

Lord Alli has actually invested millions into Koovs.
The 'messy' deal as you put it was to minimise dilution.
Yes tiny when compared to Flipkart/ Jabong (Walmart) or Amazon who have pumped in Billions to gain market share. Koovs has only been around a few years & has gained massive traction in that time.
As a regular visitor to India for business & pleasure, let me tell you that Koovs, a vertical online niche player is pretty well recognised now.
Demonetisation & GST hit the e commerce sector very hard, but all is on track for growth again.

I very much doubt there has been any forward selling going on. It is a dubious practice that is frowned upon. Anybody remember the debacles surrounding New World Oil or Nighthawk? Secondly, why forward sell your 15p placing shares at less than this price?

Personally, I believe a disgruntled Institution from the old 25p placing wants out.
