If current CEO Mary Turner was selling, I think she would have done it by now. According to the corporate site, she only holds 270,000 shares. Her shares are tied up in options (over 7 million) exercisable at over 50p. Fair play to her, she took most of her wages as share options.
Unfortunately for her, Kishore Biyani will now be the majority share holder, not her chum, Chairman Lord Waheed Alli. Future Group will bring in up to two new Directors.
I have stated many times before that she needs to go. Her absence from the last couple of rns's is interesting, as was her lack of involvement in the current fundraise where other Directors Nina Amin & Emily Sheffield participated.

Jambon, try not to take the bait. As I said before, there are a lot of bitter ex holders about & generally a lot of mug punters who have lost their shirts on AIM, who want to blame everybody else apart from themselves.

Who knows? Some may wait & be disappointed. If they were offered to retail investors, there's no doubt the share price would fall due to 'flipping'. Billionaires like Kishore Biyani aren't in this to make a couple of quid, unlike most traders on AIM.
I agree that HT Media have form for selling some of their shares, but that after they had doubled from 25p to over 50p.
A few pence here & there is irrelevant. My initial target is 100p by next April as momentum gathers. By then Koovs will be in shopping malls across India with a huge online presence.

Yes, much quieter since the clowns have been banned/ moved on. The circular regarding the placing is being audited at the moment. Looking forward to seeing who the new participants were.

Demonetisation was the key factor. Large bank notes were made defunct overnight. There just wasn't any cash around until people swapped their old notes for new. This literally took several months. Now as most people pay by cash for their online deliveries COD (cash on delivery), this sector got hit hard. Flipkart (Myntra & Jabong) & Amazon were left with a massive inventory of stock which they then dumped onto the market at a huge loss. Companies like Koovs were hit very hard.
In effect, this is like an IPO of a brand new company. Yes they have had good tie ups in the past with the likes of Disney, but they haven't resulted in large increases of revenues, more so just increasing the brand profile. A bit like the tie up with Simply Be in the UK & Souq.com in the Middle East.

Thanks for the research Alpha. The numbers for the Sept report should be as follows. Sales down from £18.6 million to £14.5 million. An increase in EBIDTA to a loss of £14.4 million. An increase in trading margin to 11% from 4%.
The poor financial year was compounded by funding woes but as with e commerce in India, the fallout from demonetisation & GST.

A wealth of information here about the company & it's strategy

As a very experienced Investor, I have stated many times what happens here. Amateur traders come on to these bulletin boards, do a couple of minutes research, buy in, then sell at a substantial loss, sitting there scratching their heads, wondering where it all went wrong. Instead of looking at their poor trading strategies, they blame everybody else & inadvertently become Trolls in the process. It makes them feel better & they feed off the replies. The bottom line is that they are still bitter & resentful with no money in their trading accounts.

yes Rebs, more than happy with my large investment. I can't think of a more exciting prospect for company growth from this point onwards. A totally different kettle of fish from a few weeks ago!
Glad I topped up with some more sub 19p. The seller seemed to fade away as the day went on, along with the trolls.

Their reporting system is very good. Do not filter them & do not engage with them. Just report them.

There is a pretty good reporting system on lse. If you think that someone is disruptive, report their posts. They'll soon get banned & will start posting on ADVFN where they will just talk to themselves all day.
