I have to agree with the other posters on here- wasn't a groundbreaking rns. It told us what we (experienced holders) already knew. The placing was announced early because of the collapse of the share price. Unfortunately, it had zilch affect on the share price. When there's a determined seller, there's nothing that will hold them back.
I might wait a bit for this to settle down before I top up & see what the seller is doing. If it's a big blue day, no worries- as long term holders on here know how much I have accumulated here : )

Embarrassing, after over two years seeing this thread degenerate into a rampathon farce. One character bought in & sold 20 minutes later at a loss, changed his tune & plastered this board with his negativity (to make him feel better).
He turned again & has gone full circle, ramping like there was no tomorrow, repeating the same thing over & over again. I will be surprised if characters like these (AlmightyThen) will be here in 6 months, let alone 6 days.
I doubt if these guys even know what demonetisation or GST is.
I'll still be here, with an even bigger holding : )

I actually want to top up with 100,000 shares tomorrow, but don't want to be caught on a fake spike. What worries me is that with 15 minutes to go on Friday, this didn't exactly go mad. In fact the selling that had been going on for two days just continued.
A few rampers on here & Twitter are not going to affect the share price with their paltry trades.

As for tomorrow, well I missed my chance to top up sub 19p twice on Friday. I can forget that now. This will go to NT immediately tomorrow. I want to top up with 100,000 shares to start off with. Will put in a couple of 50,000 orders on the bell. Will keep you informed...….I always put my money where my mouth is!

There 's a lot of extremely naïve 'traders' on here. I'm sorry to inform you guys that the limited readership on these bulletin boards & the negligible holdings that many have (most do not hold any shares- this is just a social), mean the effect on the share price is absolutely negligible.
I've been here well over two years & have seen these characters come & go. They know Jack about the company, the sector or India.

As a visitor to India & speaking to many young shoppers, it's clear that Koovs is a known brand. I can honestly see Koovs opening up many boutique style stores, making it the Zara of India.
This is just the beginning......

I know it's mainly small time traders here, but I'm surprised that there has been no mention of CEO Mary Turner & CFO Rob Pursell's lack of involvement in the current round of funding. Remember that these two virtually run the company (after having nearly bankrupted it).
Any thoughts?
Especially as Kishore Biyani will appoint two new Directors very soon.......

I have always said that Lord Alli would not let this fail. He is a media/ business heavyweight with a huge reputation & holding. I would have long bailed out if it was just the current board running this.
I remember the faceless characters having a good laugh at me as I loaded up at 5p/6p. They're not laughing now- are they? Remember when ASOS hit 4p- nobody gave it a chance.

A great summary. Have been in here over two years watching this decline under the current management. A whole new company now.
The catalyst for me was when KPMG heavyweight Nina Amin MBE came on board as a non exec director & purchased 200,000 shares. That got me buying. She bought another 800,000 yesterday & now has 1 million shares.
I personally believe that she is being lined up for a bigger role within the company.
Also interesting to see Samantha Cameron's sister Emily Sheffield topping up.

Can see KPMG'S Nina Amin MBE becoming the new CFO here. Remember that she is a chartered accountant. She just participated in 800,000 shares so has shown her loyalty.
I personally believe that as the largest shareholder, Kishore Biyani will appoint a CEO.

Both notably absent in the latest fundraise- very poor show! It's safe to say that these two failures will be clearing their desks this weekend.

I'm in no doubt that Kishore Biyani will eventually take out Koovs for the best. He won't make the same mistake that other Indian Venture Capitalists made in losing out to early foreign investors in the takeout of Flipkart by Walmart.

DNP there have obviously been a few sell. Remember that the market makers often do not declare trades for hours at a time

There has been relentless selling over the last couple of days, a snowball effect. Looks like many traders are slightly disgruntles that Lord Alli & his invited 'chums' are getting in at 15p next week

Cyril, do not filter posters like that, just report them for spamming/ being disruptive & clogging up the board with their trolling. lse are usually pretty good.

I very much doubt that they would sell, but then again, HT Media have done it before- so definitely would not trust them!
This is the dawn of a new revamped Koovs, not the shoddy spend at all costs company under Mary Turner & Robert Pursell.

Before she is pushed. A totally screwed up business plan & model led to the near demise of this company. Herself & the CFO Robert Pursell look done & dusted as TWO directors from Future Group are to join imminently.
I wonder if they are dumping their shares onto the open market? Poor old Mary Turner has 7 million shares in options which she will end up losing.
An exciting future ahead under new management : )
