Unfortunately, the selling is continuing from yesterday. Not sure what level this will reach before the buyers return. This could bounce back very quickly. I'll wait until next week before I top up again. I'm not going to try & be clever & sell some now to buy back later- this could bounce at any time- I'm sure that a few big buyers are sniffing about.

Yes, it was a very good deal considering that in my opinion, the company was on the verge of going under. Unfortunately for Koovs, they have a reputation of exaggerating their position in the market under CEO Mary Turner. She has BS'ed her way through rns's & just waffled on, talking the talk, but not being able to walk the walk.

Forget the float price of 150p- this has been diluted with many fundraisings since & tens of millions of additional shares.
There'll be one appalling trading update to come where the current management team totally ballsed things up.
I am looking forward to the new team coming on board. I'm sure they'll have more vision & a better business plan then the current team.
Good times ahead, although as Hardman & Co point out, will be a little bumpy.
Although I have some free funds- I haven't a clue where this will go short term- no one does.
As for the scaremongering about new Investors dumping their 15p shares onto the market- I very much doubt it. Invites only. I wouldn't be surprised to see Kishore Biyani (one of India's richest men) start to accumulate more shares here.

Wow! Kishore Biyani wants to become the largest online retailer & was in talks with Amazon, Google, Flipkart, Walmart, Alibaba, Softbank & Tencent Holdings.
Although a low placing price, this looks to be a monster deal. Lots of coverage in India, not yet cottoned on over here yet.....

AlrightyThen, you're going to be brave or smart- really? You tried that first thing this morning & made a total fool of yourself, buying at the high & selling near the low 20 minutes later.

It will be interesting to see who is involved in the book build next week. Lord Alli has committed. If none of the other directors bother, it is safe to say that they are done with the company.

I gather that the sticking points were the directors, as I have stated before. Lord Alli has been very loyal towards CEO Mary Turner (pals from the ASOS days). Somehow, I don't think he'll be able to save her skin this time. Her spending was horrifically out of control, with very little results & lots of waffle & big talk. Lord Alli will NOT be the major share holder now, so will have less control.

Yes Lord Alli has pulled off a major coup, but remember that Koovs was on the verge of going bankrupt under the current management led by CEO Mary Turner. Us long term holders have seen the share price collapse from 50p when fundraising was first muted in May 2017. It has taken them nearly 15 months to raise cash at a pathetic 10p/15p.
The company has effectively been sold on the cheap, but is a very different beast now.

Donotpanic- I am only invested here because of Lord Alli. The CEO Mary Turner & her sidekick CFO Robert Pursell totally screwed up here with their flawed business plan. I have stated this many times before. It's about time they went & let the Indians over there run this properly.
What was the point of having a CEO based over here, flying out to India every other week, wasting money & time?
I feel that they will both go within the next couple of weeks.

What you find with these guys (one of the 95% that regularly lose money on AIM), is that after they lose money in a trade, they start to troll that company's bulletin board to make themselves feel better.

Oh dear, still talking about 13p (head in hands), even after myself & others explained how you had got your 50% retracement theory totally wrong. As a chartist who knows quite a bit about technical analysis, it is safe to say, that you have plucked this figure out of thin air.
Try providing some research on Koovs, the sector or India, instead of just posting random figures.

Looks like the relentless selling has ceased for now. Haven't been able to get a sell quote all morning, which didn't bode well. Can now sell 100,000 shares for 23.15p

This was looking good then, but demonetisation & GST heavily hit this stock. Mismanagement & overspending by current management did not help (imo).

Fair play to you Cobra. I started adding more at 5p when the new Director Nina Amin MBE from KPMG came on board. I researched her thoroughly & was very impressed. I added more when she bought in at 6p.
The clues were all there- just needed to piece them together.
I will make no bones about it. This was a rescue package. But at least Koovs is in a better place & will hopefully be run properly now.

Brilliant. See it time & time again with amateur traders on AIM who are very consistent in losing their money.
