Highly unlikely I know, but for arguments sake, what if the offer was raised to say 4p. Maybe some who have voted no, may have voted yes. This should be illegal IMO - voting should be impossible until the terms of the offer are confirmed.

It mystifies me how people are allowed to vote on anything at a time when any potential offer is unknown/unconfirmed. This seems totally unfair/bonkers to me
