Re 'this troll is everywhere' - what are you talking about?! The only board apart from this I post on is HUM. Rather than being a 'troll' I was advising people to sell out of HUM when it was 7p. I called it 100% correctly because the sp is now 2p. So, what is your point exactly?

Err, I had £80,000 in this share for more than a year. I have sold because I have grown very bored of the lack of movement in the sp. The latest RNS showed that Myspace have defaulted since June and also SOHO have failed to sell £20m of properties as planned. Rather than making childish comments, how about explaining where the growth is going to come from here?

No wounds to be licked, lol - I made a nice little profit here with a small sp gain and all the dividends collected. Things are clearly stagnating here so I have moved on to a share with a better chance of sp gains. If this drops back to low 50's (which I think it will) I might buy back for the divi, but let's see what happens.

Divi is decent here obviously but can't see where the growth is coming from. No investment is being made, but instead they are looking to offload properties. Furthermore, Myspace has paid no rent since June, which will hit profits.

Very poor update. Myspace have paid no rent since June (8%) of SOHO's rent roll. Also the anticipated sale of £20m of property has fallen through. Time to bail out!

Agreed GI7 - this is also why they have delayed announcing the Kou aisc until commercial is announced. They are keeping good news away from shareholders for the time being.

Anusoface, as I have said before HUM should just get rid of Yan now. They no longer need it and it will never make much money and could continue to lose money.

Mostyn, sorry to disappoint you but there was no 'inside edge' but just common sense! It was obvious what was going to happen in Q3 due to a bad rainy season and the mill relining. Yan was never going to be profitable with the hedge in place. It had an aisc in Q2 of $2598 when the weather was dry, so there was no way it would do much better than that during the rainy season. Unfortunately, you and others made the mistake of listening to BPat and Bushy and the other rampers. It should been obvious that a bad Q3 would put severe pressure on HUM's already stretched finances.

Regarding this quarter being rosy - did you see that Kouroussa produced 2700 oz in a week recently, which if maintained is over 130k oz pa? I have never said it will be rosy but on those figures it could be, lol
