Ryan, we know that they are producing 1900 oz per week at under $1400 aisc, selling at over $2450 per oz, so Kou is now making good money. The best thing to do is mothball Yan or hand it over to the Mali government because it is a spent mine. Sell Dugbe and concentrate on Kou. Easily worth 2.66p in my book.

Sorry to hear about your losses Ryan. Best of luck with HOC. I suspect that virtually you alone caused today's drop, selling selling 10 million shares. Good chance this will recover now. With Kou already at near 100k oz pa Guinea is looking good. Let the Mali government have Yanfolia, and concentrate on Kou.

60% of 120,000 oz pa is 72,000 oz pa or 6000 oz per month (1500/week) so yes they are at commercial production at 1900/week - comfortably so.

In what way has the 'business deteriorated'? According to the RNS it has improved by the simple fact that they have finally announced commercial production.

You have to laugh - HUM finally announce commercial production and the sp drops 35%! Someone sold numerous 1,000,000 trades this morning - was that Ryan?

Could be worth at these levels for those who like a gamble!
