Agreed DDD, that is the most likely explanation. Certainly the six potential buyers under NDA will want a site visit and obviously that number may be bigger now.

You shouldn't issue price sensitive info by tweet - simples (even for an smart ass like you!) Price sensitive info should be released by RNS. I agree that there is no need to issue price sensitive info if you happen to be meeting guidance but if you decide not to inform the market via an RNS you shouldn't be tweeting it instead. Make no mistake the rarity of HUM meeting a target is certainly price sensitive information!

Bushy, my understanding is that any price sensitive info should be released via an RNS. We could debate the terms of reference for 'price sensitive' but in my opinion after months and months of dire underperformance' mining well short of stated targets, to suddenly announce that performance has dramatically improved and everything is back on track is certainly price sensitive as it could influence decisions of whether to buy or sell.

Considering the sp is 1p above the offer price is this just not more Onion Head BS? More Scrooge than Santa really. You would hardly notice the difference if you bought on the open market but old Onion is trying to sell it as some great act of fairness/generosity to shareholders. Pretty laughable really, particularly as it as simply caused the sp to plunge. No doubt his email buddies have swallowed it hook line and sinker though.
