Well, the acquisition of Luca was RNS'd so assuming that the disposal will be also.

As I said yesterday, the sign-off makes the JV more likely. Having an routine established for getting our product to market must add to our attractiveness for a potential partner. And no debt to be restructured as part of any deal. Government support, oil flowing unstimulated. Easy deal to sort out it seems.

Morning all genuine investors. Expecting more positive RNS in the coming weeks on multiple fronts - H1 & 2, Sunsteppe, Gobi, Gazelle, JV talks, new PSC. Very satisfied with where we are. Will be adding a few more at these levels. No- brainer.

Just a great day today. I'm betting on another positive RNS this week. Weather looking ok in Mongolia so well be cracking on. The newsflow dam has burst. Maybe an interview with Mike Buck in the coming days?

They sound desperate, the stockbashers. They've clearly been banking on the sign-off not happening. Their regular channels for bashing the stock are just disappearing rapidly. Lovely. Hope it drives them to despair.

You're absolutely right Thorn. We are looking self-sustaining from here and we can either go it alone slowly and steadily paying our way with increasing bopd, or much more quickly with the input of a JV partner. Buck is targetting the latter option, understandably. Today's news only makes a JV to develop Heron much more likely. Great day.

The stockbashing gang are absolutely irrelevant. The new season is here so there'll be the usual seasonal sp climb, major newsflow has kicked started with loads to follow, we have no debt and over a million bucks incoming with monthly income due to rise quickly. Manageable borrowing becomes available pretty soon and we can seek JV or sale on our terms as today's news makes us so much more attractive - permitting in place, backing of Mongolian government, oil flowing freely and unstimulated, large proven reserves in large acreage, route to market sorted and straightforward, new refinery needing feedstock pretty soon, pipeline being built, and no debt restructuring in JV deal needed as we don't have any debt! New PSC to explore once Block XX development really starts picking up the pace.

Incredible position to be in and you can buy at less than 2pps. Nothing the coordinated stockbashing gang can do about any of it now. Just lovers doing what lovers do. Ignore and focus on the journey to Northern sp climes.

Momentous day in the history of the company. Just the start in terms of income. Adds huge strength to our negotiating position wrt JV or future sale and we can now keep working on H1 & 2, Gobi and Gazelle while JV talks play out. Big chunk of cash coming our way right at the start of the season. Massive de-risk step taken. Buck can now start thinking about RBL for our own future development. And Sunsteppe is front and centre of Mongolia's huge pivot towards wind and solar with confidentiality agreements in place with multiple potential investors. AND NO DEBT!

That Buck has steered the company to this position without debt and with a manageable share count is a great achievement. We really are in a fantastic position. If I can free up some cash from elsewhere I will continue to add and hold while the price is at this giveaway price. The next few weeks could well see numerous positive RNS so it really is time to top up cheap. Great day.

Today is a giant leap for Matad kind! We are an oil producer with huge assets to explore/JV/sell and we have the whip hand in negotiations. Ignore the stockbashing gang and our new one sounds suspiciously like one of the long-termers so clearly another multi-id account being utilised. Has any stockbasher apologised yet for getting so much so wrong for such a long time? Thought not.

And Sunsteppe has confidentiality agreements in place with MULTIPLE investors!

Agreed Thorn. Anyone stuck at a higher average simply should have averaged down massively over the last months or even over the last weeks - it was an absolute no-brainer that the sp would kick back up.

And we know other news is due in the next weeks. Maybe even this week! Just a feeling but I think we might get news of the JV partner sooner rather than later. Not necessarily the whole deal but if I was MB I'd be pushing to lift any confidentiality agreement ASAP. Really consolidating the company's progress after so many slow years.
