What I don't understand is how a company like DKE can operate the way they do!

You would think that a main market listing would bring with it a certain professionalism!

There are 2 directors running this Sh*tstorm with no apparent Non Executive oversight!

It's a complete enigma to me.

I guess our money is trapped inside DKE until it isn't.

Just received this response to my p*ssed off message to PG.

"We are in mid dialog with the FCA, could not possibly do an RNS as would look presumptuous and pre-emptive. They are not flexible on timings and we are running at their pace. Will RNS as soon as we can".

Make of that what you will folks!

I think we may have exhausted every option now. Like I told you some time ago, proving fraud is SO difficult and expensive.

What I find damning towards PG is that I asked him if it would help if I lodged a TR1 and he never replied.

Personally, I will downsize my property and lower my overheads.

Today, I just felt at the end of my patience with Paul Gazzard.

Started to feel that his "appreciation" with us shareholders being patient / supportive is just hollow platitudes!

Some of these small cap CEO's seem to feel that they can treat their shareholders with utter contempt. There is no excuse for this behaviour and if any potential partners / investors with one of PG's companies reads these blogs they will get a flavour of how he runs his companies.

I told PG in my message that we need to know "either way" what's happening!
