At least it sends out a message to PG that we are desperate for news!

On the 1st August it will be 10 months since suspension.

I am still trying to figure out if the plethora of energy related companies set up by PG is relevant to DKE.

I wrote to the FCA and expressed a strong desire of the shareholders to have a enquired about having a Q&A session with PG.

Their response is below:-

Unfortunately we are unable to provide advice to investors. Our remit is to liaise with listed companies in relation to ensuring compliance with their obligations under the Listing Rules, Disclosure & Transparency Rules and the Market Abuse Regulation. We would recommend that you contact the company directly to discuss with them.

Do you have the intention of some sort of meeting / zoom call with PG? Didn't someone point out that PG will only use the RNS system to communicate with shareholders?

For what its worth, I messaged PG via LinkedIn (6th July) and asked him if he thought that it would help my cause and / or the cause of DKE if I lodged a TR1.

I have had no response!

Yes, PG has incorporated so many Limited Companies this year but is there a connection with these and the delay in re-listing?

If there is a connection it must be that all those companies have something to do with an RTO and not the filing of DKE's accounts which has already taken place.

I did confront PG in my original LinkedIn message and called into question his fitness to be a director of a listed company, especially a company with a main market listing!!

The whole DKE thing is a complete shambles.

The response from FCA to my questions.

"Thank you for your enquiry. As a matter of policy, we do not provide details to the members of the public about the outcome of any discussions with a listed company."

I figured that that the FCA may be able to tell us something that PG is unwilling to tell us. After all, DKE is subject to the authority of the FCA. It's okay with PG saying that they are busy behind the scenes going back and forth etc but there may be certain protocols which the FCA are obliged to tell investors.

I have just messaged PG and asked if the suspension may be lifted in the next couple of months. I'm not trying to speak for us all but i suspect we would sleep easier if we can get PG to give us some sort of time frame, even if it was 8 weeks or so!

I will contact PG today and try and ascertain whether we are looking at weeks or months. Knowing this would alleviate some of the angst we are all feeling.

Some time back I emailed the FCA and they confirmed the difference between a AIM share and main market listed share being suspended.

I've never been through anything like the DKE situation in my life! In the main I feel quite helpless and in the hands of the board of directors, but if i can share any crumbs of encouragement where possible then its the least I can do.

For the sake of my sanity I have had to write off the DKE investment in my mind and get on with my life and find new ways of managing my financial future. I think the term investors use is "bottom draw" the investment.

However, there are signs of hope and its a waiting game for us!
