I received a screenshot via email. The details were in focus and it wasn't apparent what the source of the document was but it came from a regular poster on this forum who I'm in regular touch with via email, so make of that was you will.

Can we trust PG's response? I would have thought to be a Director of a PLC you would have to be regulated in any case.

PG said he is away on Holiday with his family right now so I think we should leave him alone for a few weeks.

Just had a reply from PG to say that he is currently an "approved person" in terms of his regulatory status and that any info to the contrary is incorrect.

I have just emailed my contact, Martin at the FCA and have pasted my messages below:-

Hello Martin

The CEO of Dukemount Capital has changed his status regarding the financial services industry. One of my fellow DKE investors has seen an official document where it states:-

It states:-

"This individual is no longer in a role that requires regulatory approval"

"No FCA or PRA disciplinary or regulatory action"

Please can you explain what this might mean for DKE investors.

When I contacted Paul Gazzard via LinkedIn asking him for an update on lifting the suspension on the DKE shares, he said that DKE was negotiating with the FCA on lifting the suspension. Is this the case?

One of the shareholders (Mark) sent me a picture of a document concerning Paul Gazzard. It basically shows a change of status regarding liabilities in Financial Services.

It states:-

"This individual is no longer in a role that requires regulatory approval"

"No FCA or PRA disciplinary or regulatory action"

I will contact PG via LinkedIn and ask him for an explanation regarding this.

it seems a long time since we had any update from the bod!

do you think pg has just boxed the whole thing away until :-

1) he decides to go looking for an rto target.

2) he is approached by a company looking to rto.

the bod seem to have that genuine "mushroom farmers" approach to treating their shareholders.

you know how it goes, "keep them in the dark for long periods of time and occasionally throw **** at them"

i just wish nigel farage was a shareholder in dke....lol.

he still hasn't responded to my last 2 messages on linkedin (including the one about tr1).

It feels good to land a punch on someone who has potentially trousered half my pension!

TBH I think I have exhausted all that I can do but I wasn't going to go down without fight of some sort.

If we are all proved wrong it would be amazing but i've written off the money now and going to be positive and focussed on other things. I can't think of another angle to go at this from so best wishes to you and all.

The whole DKE thing has a wrong wiff of conspiracy.
