UK AI start-up PhysicsX nears $1bn valuation

Maybe the T Rex leather is a a bit gimmicky but ethically produced lab grown leather will be huge! All it takes is a luxury watch brand to place an order for watch straps and this share will move up significantly.

Putting all my last comments to one side. Apart from the frission of delight that would come from seeing the green button lit up over the RNS thingy, I do understand that a TR1 would underpin the share price and set it going north IF it gets re-instated. PG's stonewalling us and not responding to my direct questions and accusations suggests it will never happen. I think he's just playing us along until we give up or he winds DKE up. I will report back anything that comes from Talbot & Muir.

Here's an idea folks

Instead of leaving it just to me contact PG via LinkedIn, why don't others join so at least you can vent your anger on the guy who appears to run off with everyones money.

You can get a free 1 month membership (I let mine run over so that it costs me each month) and you can vent your spleens on PG. I don't think it will make any difference (would anything now?) but oh boy, take it from me you will be buzzing once you've done it..!

Given the amount I've got stuck in DKE I wasn't going to go down without a fight. To not do so would be weird. I sent PG another message via LinkedIn last week and it was the strongest most accusatory yet and had no reply. the silence says "guilty as charged" in my view.

Amongst other things I basically said that he had created this plethora of new entities to hide his ill gotten gain.

PG appears to be sociopathic and shameless. Maybe a TR1 could reform his character..lol,

FWIW I believe that the dozen or so new companies started by PG was to give him the structure to siphon off the company money and created a complex money trail that would be impossible to investigate ?

Will a TR1 be like Kryptonite against such a thing?

I was told by a friend who retired from working for the Foreign Office that he used to get letters from the public via their local MP's. He told me that my local MP would be able to direct a complaint I had to the City Minister (whoever that may be).

The nature of the questions would be something on the lines of "The FCA have stonewalled us regarding DKE, is there any levers you can pull to get us shareholders some redress or at least some intelligent answers"

I am not against the TR1 in principal but honestly, what extra leverage will that give me/us?

I am honestly still waiting for the pension broker (Talbot & Muir) to come back to me. I will chase them up tomorrow!

My personal financial landscape is not "vanilla" and there are family trusts etc.

I need a bit of "hand holding" to navigate through.

I am okay with writing narrative like the stuff I post on this message board, but my brain can't handle certain stuff forms/legal/ financial.

Dyslexia is no joke and embarrassing actually

For what its worth, I firmly believe that the the reason Gazzard set up dozens of new companies was to siphon off and distribute the money in DKE. Thus making the money trail harder to follow. It was worth him filing the accounts for DKE to give him enough time to drain the money.

I did download the forms from the FCA website a while back and it was just "chinese" to me, but ill give it a go.

All fair points. Looks like I will have to bite the TR1 bullet. I am “dyslexic “ when it comes to form filling of the legal / financial variety but will get someone to help me.

Just to remind you, the letter I sent to the pension Broker has been passed to their Due Diligence team. I have not heard back yet (guess its people on hols). They will be doing the TR1.

In addition I am going to write to my local MP and ask that they make contact with the City Minister on my behalf to get something done (that the FCA won't do)
