I would imagine that the company who fabricated the TRex bag were paid for their work (probably not a fortune because they are getting humongous amounts of free publicity).
Then the auction house will charge a commission to the purchaser.
So perhaps BSFA will get 90+ % of the money when the gavel comes down!
If the share peaked at mid 40s on news of TRex bag, then if the sale achieves a few million and it’s followed up quickly with news of JV’s and collaborations, then mid term we could see 70’s and upwards!
I think that to some extent it depends on how smart the Directors of BSFA are in growing the company into mass production with little to no dilution of shareholders.
The net take from the TRex bag will be a big plus and also joint ventures with production costs being shared.
